The staff was phenomenal. When we checked in, the coffee was not quite ready. The desk clerk actually brought coffee to our room for us. It had been a LONG day of travel and a guard competition and we still had another competition to attend later that evening. The room was clean, the walls were thick, and we LOVED the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap dispensers on the bathroom walls. Everyone in the hotel was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back next year when we attend the Winter Guard Competition.

The automatic blackout blinds in our room, 119, didn't work. I forgot to mention this at check out. Other than that, everything was great!

Small town right off the toll road. Nice walk-in shower. Clean rooms!! Awesome Breakfast in the AM. Great restaurants with-in 5 mile radius.

When we arrived it appeared someone there was someone bring in several black plastic bags. When we left to go to dinner there was a stench in the hallway. We informed to clerk who was working and by the time we returned the smell was gone.

The breakfast was totally awesome! Such a wide variety of choices and everything was so tasty! We were pleased that the eggs were 'real', as we stayed at another hotel and they served 'powdered eggs.'. Yuck! That was our first time having them and they were horrible. So glad your's were real. Also, the coffee in the loby 24/7 was a nice treat. Harry at the front desk was exceptional. Always smiling to greet you, friendly and personable!

The only issue I had was the bathroom needed a sink counter to put your makeup, and beauty items. Plus, with 2 of us in the room, the tiny sink area was not ample enough. The door latch (the big silver one on the top), closed on it's own and we almost got locked out. We had to grab the door before it totally closed, and held the safety bar with a rubber band. Some one should take a look at that before a customer does get locked out.

Breakfast was surprisingly good! The scrambled eggs were very tasty and not dried out.

Once we got off the turnpike there was NO signage to tell us where the hotel was located. We knew it was right at the turnpike exit but there was no visual and no sign. We drove way out of our way looking.

The place was remodeled about a year ago. Just beautiful. Great carpeting, paint and rooms. Great location and easy to get to. Breakfast was fabulous with eggs bacon sausage biscuits cereal and lots of nice food. Tasty and not like the usual plastic food. Beds were comfortable. Rooms very clean.

Seems like no hotel checks the sink drains anymore Ours was slow. Possibly clogged Room trash was not picked up in the 3 days we were there. Seems like hotels are getting away from bar soap. They had a nice liquid soap dispenser in shower with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Sink had lotion and body wash. Personally i dont like body wash but my wife does. Shower dispensers were nice idea tbough

The room was clean and nice that soaps and shampoos were there. We booked a room with walk in shower, but the room had a tub/shower. Not a big deal for us but if someone booked walk in shower that really needed it, there could have been an issue. The breakfast was very good, lots to choice from and the coffee was good.

only thing we noticed was a musky smell when you first walk into to hotel, like dampness. but thats only place we smelled it

The breakfast was fantastic, and the to-go bags and containers were perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great! Cool design and style of this Holiday Inn Express, very modern but welcoming.

Bellhop carts didn't have any hooks on them, but we managed to stack all put bags/luggage in one trip up the elevator.

Breakfast was good, not quite as impressive as some of the reviews said it was, but still good. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff friendly. Very convenient to the turnpike.

Was pricey, but at least I could relax and know that it was going to a clean safe place to stay with my family.

The front desk clerk check in person was extremely nice and greeted us with the happiest personality, at 12am made us feel welcome and asked about my daughter’s dance comp as the reason we were there! Top notch!

The water in the morning wasn’t extremely hot when I showered only little down fall!

Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast area. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have good lighting. The property is immediately off the PA turnpike. Restaurant and shopping are close.

Access to the property is a little hidden so it’s important pay attention to pay attention.
