Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and bedding smelled clean! The staff at check in and out was great! Location was easy to get to (and easily accessible when venturing out).

The only things that kept the stay from being great was that the curtains didn't completely close and a lot of hallway light streams under the door. Otherwise, although more pricey than I hoped (probably due to weekend events), it was a decent place to stay that I would recommend!

Clean and fairly comfortable, decent selection of breakfast items: cereal, bagels, waffles, some fruit, eggs, oatmeal, etc.. nice sized TV in the room, pretty decent view out of the window. Walk-in shower.

The pillows were kinda weird .. IDK what material they're made of of, but none of them retain shape and most are different sizes so it was difficult to find the best pillow ratio. The seating arrangement in the breakfast area could also be a bit better.

Managers were rude & the employee at check-in was flirting with men but rude to me. Refrigerator was not cold in my room, was charged an additional fee without consent and to a card not mine which was declined so I was locked out of my room with 2 small children for 10 minutes

There was one woman on staff. She did her very best, but she was overwhelmed. There was no hand soap in most rooms (they are replacing bars with bottles on the wall, but clearly that project isn’t done and the rooms are being rented. The pool heater was out so the pool was closed. But the part that WAS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT….we booked a two queen room that, according to booking.com sleeps 5. There are no rooms on premises that sleep 5. Luckily my parents had their own room and I could throw a kid in with them, but had we been traveling alone, we would have had to book a second room. Again, NOT the hotels fault, but very frustrating.

I have stayed in this Hampton Inn before. Generally it is excellent. I generally pick Hampton Inn during my personal and business travels.

This time there were few issues. The breakfast was not well organized (some broken waffle maker, slow replenishment of breakfast items). Probably because there were lots of guests. The toilet in the guest room was not flushing properly.

The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing !! Beds were super comfy... and I just can't say enough about everyone that works there ..!! Thanks to Kymari for being so sweet and helping us soo much !!

Location and separating us from the teams of middle school hockey teams that were staying there as well

Bed pillows were HORRIBLE! SOFT. LUMPY and small. Not enough towels but was only staying 1 night so put up with it.

Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, ample parking space, plentiful breakfast, and right next to i-76.

May be it is time to add/remove a few items from the standard breakfast at the hamptons. Being said that I am gald they are serving breakfast for this price.

This was a nice hotel not too far from many attractions. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. The room was pretty clean. Good value.

It was a little tricky finding parking and the pool can get busy when they host swim lessons. I wouldn't say it's exceptionally clean but they were short staffed so I get it, not their fault.

Very clean, nice rooms, helpful staff, breakfast was good and was available for four hours. Perfect location for what we were doing, pet friendly!! Early check in. Gym pool.
