The staff was friendly, the fitness center was impressive they have everything you would need, the entire place was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good, the location was nice and close to everything we wanted to do.

When we first arrived the train went by it was loud and I thought we would be disturbed all night but honestly I slept great in any went by overnight we didn’t hear it.

Breakfast was comparable to a restaurant buffet. Great choices and delic! Staff was cheerful and helpful. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on!!! Very clean.

Wished the ‘seating/living room’ area had better seating, since the room was divided with a desk and frosted window, we couldnt just all gather around a visit. Also, the bed was listed as a king but it definitely was not. Was a large queen at best.

Fitness centre is as good as I have ever seen in a hotel

Train line running next to hotel First room they gave me was on the 5th floor next to the elevator which was incredible noisy, second room was perfect

I was charged an additional 120 the day after checking in and the staff stated it had something to do night audit and would be credited back in 3-5 business days minus the parking per day

Homeless camp right across the street, not this facilities fault but very sad and hard to see.

That the weekend we traveled, Steelers we’re playing at home as well as Pitt and the rooms were double price.

Really liked the dining area. Several breakfast food choices. Customarily hotel coffee is weak (in my opinion), but the coffee was delicious!
