The staff was friendly, the fitness center was impressive they have everything you would need, the entire place was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good, the location was nice and close to everything we wanted to do.

When we first arrived the train went by it was loud and I thought we would be disturbed all night but honestly I slept great in any went by overnight we didn’t hear it.

Breakfast was comparable to a restaurant buffet. Great choices and delic! Staff was cheerful and helpful. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on!!! Very clean.

Wished the ‘seating/living room’ area had better seating, since the room was divided with a desk and frosted window, we couldnt just all gather around a visit. Also, the bed was listed as a king but it definitely was not. Was a large queen at best.

I was charged an additional 120 the day after checking in and the staff stated it had something to do night audit and would be credited back in 3-5 business days minus the parking per day

Fitness centre is as good as I have ever seen in a hotel

Train line running next to hotel First room they gave me was on the 5th floor next to the elevator which was incredible noisy, second room was perfect

The staff was friendly helpful from arrival to departure .. the fitness room was phenomenal

Homeless camp right across the street, not this facilities fault but very sad and hard to see.

The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of items. The room was way beyond comfortable and clean.

Our room was nicely laid out with a glass semi-partitioned wall separating bedroom from desk and large sofa with end lounge. Small kitchenette with sink, small fridge, and coffee maker. The room and lobby area were modern/minimalist which was appealing but not opulent. Staff very friendly and looked us in the eye. Location is convenient for local excursions, sightseeing, with a riverfront walking path immediately out the front door. Nice view across the river and Hot Metal Bridge to the Tower of Learning, University of Pittsburgh.

Parking is conveniently located but there is an additional charge of $22 total for parking which must be added to and factored in to your daily rate. When you check in your key will activate the gate to the parking lot.There is an active railroad tract to the south of the building which might disturb some during the night. Being on the north side, we knew there was a train nearby by was not disruptive. The design of some of the high-rise chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable but there was alternative seating.

Breakfast was good with a good variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

That the weekend we traveled, Steelers we’re playing at home as well as Pitt and the rooms were double price.
