The representative who checked me in was above and beyond wonderful. Quick and professional while somehow also being welcoming like a family member when you come home from traveling all week. We had an absolutely stunning view from our window and the room was shockingly quiet!!!

Ugh, Hyatt House, THE PARKING GARAGE!! With everything else so perfect, this can still be a deal breaker. The garage is cramped and always full with some spots that require double parking and leaving the keys. Larger vehicles are challenged. Can you work something out maybe off site that’s a bit more car friendly? Also, strongly dislike the no privacy bathroom doors. With rooms set up so the bed is just outside the door, the saloon style double doors is just bad.

The staff was stellar. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Hyatt experienced a tech glitch just before we checked in, but the staff pivoted and took care of us quickly. We were impressed! The room was beautiful and clean and gave us a great view of the city and the Mon River. I kind of fell in love with that shower!!! :D Comfy bed and pillows, ample space to move around. Great location too - easy walking distance to shopping, eateries, bars, food trucks, and events (we did a paint and sip). On site parking was a plus. We payed an extra $20 to park, but that's standard for city hotels so we were expecting it. Gorgeous little bar in the hotel - I wish we'd had more time to hang out there!

The breakfast was not my favorite. Scrambled eggs made from powder, and sub-par coffee. However they did offer fresh fruit, oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and more items that other patrons seemed to enjoy. I don't eat meat, but it seemed like the sausage and biscuits were popular. Plus it was free with the room, so I can't really complain.

The bed was really comfortable..loved the pillows.

The couch wasn't very comfortable and the pillows had some stains on them as did one of the cushions. The body wash was empty too but didn't let anyone know because I was already in a rush to get ready and leave so there was no point..but I'm sure they would've gladly helped me if I had asked! Also, the light switches did nothing in any rooms but the bathroom..made it difficult at night when getting back to our room because it was pitch black and had to find the lamps to turn them on for some light. Room 322 if I remember correctly.

-Location was great, within walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars. -Staff were nice/respectful -rooms were clean -Location close to downtown Pittsburgh

-Food was just okay, not great but not bad either. -Parking is a disaster. I paid for parking in the garage but I couldn't utilize it because it was full, so I had to park somewhere away from hotel and pay again. This seems to be a common problem after speaking with multiple people. Hotel owner needs to address this issue so that the people that paid to park can actually park there.

Great room—nicely designed, modern, functional, and in good condition. Like a studio apartment in Tokyo :)

The lobby is odd. Drab and cold and no there there. 1) When you first come off the street, you must take stairs or an elevator up to reach the main lobby. Less than ideal. 2) And then when you enter the 2nd floor, the interior design is, almost, utilitarian. It’s so incredibly plain with no furnishings or accents of any kind. So you can’t believe that you’re supposedly in the lobby of a nice hotel. Seriously.

rooms new with a lot of space, parking available even if by payment. The area near hotel was very nice and renewable recently with restaurants and bar where you can go by walking. Bedroom was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. breakfast was good, maybe a little more of fresh fruit would be great. the fitness area with gym was good.

air con. in the hotel was quite strong, too cold.

The hotel is great! I brought my dog with me, and there was a dog park directly across the street from the hotel. He loved playing with the local dogs. The room was amazing, and there were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I saw a play at City Theatre, and it was amazing. The next time I'm in South pittsburgh, I'll definitely stay here again.

No cookware in the room to make my own meal

This was a perfect location - parking on hotel premises. There are several restaurants within walking location. Very dog friendly- there is a nice dog park right across the street and a walking / jogging path behind the hotel for those doggies who prefer a solo walk along the water. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was hot buffet.

If I had to suggest an improvement, I would replace bed pillows.

Location was fabulous with good restaurants within easy walking distance. And many of Pittsburgh's go to places are within about 2 -3 miles driving distance. One of the elevators was not working the three days I was there, which was an annoyance. Staff were mostly lovely and friendly, saving the guy in the bar when I went to get a cocktail when they opened. He was not cordial bordering on condescending. Otherwise, desk staff were lovely. Breakfast was good - did the job. Staff at breakfast were very attentive and made sure everything was well supplied. Coffee was excellent. The big test is, would I stay there again at that price point. Absolutely.

The included breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very nice with a great view of the river and city. The bathroom was well proportioned.

The parking garage was kind of tight, not the easiest to get in or out of, but it was available with easy access to the hotel. I don't believe the parking not always being available was listed on your site.
