I liked the included breakfast and the large room. The bed was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to lots of things in walking distance. The front desk staff was nice.

I realize parking in the place designated for the hotel is limited, but when I arrived, even though spots were open, I was told I couldn’t park there because of a wrestling tournament and guests who had in/out privileges. I guess I don’t understand why they got in /out privileges and I had to park three blocks away. I would think whoever gets there first should get the spot. Also, some of the staff who were on floors cleaning rooms were cursing. It didn’t bother me, but if I had a small child, I would not have been pleased.

The room was cozy and clean. I had several good nights of sleep. Everything worked as expected—or even better (e.g., the Wi-Fi). The staff were very friendly and supportive, helping with things like storing my bags after checkout and answering any questions I had.

The view from my room—facing another building—wasn't great, and the breakfast was underwhelming. But to be fair, breakfast in the U.S. generally doesn't compare well to what's offered in many European or Asian countries, so there were no surprises there.

Excellent front desk staff. Very kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable too. Important to know they are Full size. The included breakfast was delicious and there was as a nice variety of different foods to choose from. Nice kitchen with microwave, stove top, dishwasher, and frig. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and Pitt University.

While we managed, a few of the bed pillows should be swapped out with new ones.

Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The exercise room was well equipped and not too busy.

The parking was a bit of a challenge. Despite having a parking pass, upon return to the hotel there were no parking spaces available. I had to park in a handicapped spot and informed the staff of what I was required to do. They stated this "happens." The "pool" is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool...

While my overall stay was pleasant, I found the car parking situation to be quite inconvenient. Arriving late at night, I often struggled to find an available spot, which created a lot of uncertainty. It would be a significant improvement if the hotel could offer dedicated parking spaces for guests to ensure peace of mind and avoid the hassle of searching for parking late in the evening.

The front office staff was phenomenal. They were always smiling and very welcoming. As a general manager of a hotel, it was great to see all of the team looking professional and making sure the guests felt appreciated.

The parking garage is very inconvenient. Also, I had to reclean my toilet at checkin.

The king suite was extremely well equipped, the free breakfast was amazing, and the staff members were polite, helpful, and friendly. Even parking was easy. No need to look elsewhere. This place has it all.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. We had family staying at another hotel who paid almost double what we paid, and their experience wasn't half as good as ours.

Large, comfortable, quiet room, plenty of amenities, helpful staff. Location good if you want to be near university but a bit outside the core otherwise.

Breakfast so-so, parking not very secure (although convenient), location is on a one-way road and is kind of tricky (took me about 40 min to get to and from a gas station a few blocks away because the one-way roads and freeway offramps and construction sites kept me going in circles)

I was charged for garage parking, $22 per day, even though I did not have a vehicle. However, once I informed the front desk of the billing error, they quickly fix the issue and reimbursed me.
