I love the space, cleanliness and the service goes beyond and above expectations. The staff is super friendly and quick to make any arrangement for you to feel comfortable. The place was clean, very nice facilities, AC on point and the views and locations majestic. This is the third time I stay here and will return next year to stay Pittsburgh without a doubt!

Everything was on point, thee was nothing not to like.

It is a perfect place by all mean. Large space, 2 bed rooms with double bed. The living area is amazing with nice view and everything you need including, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, tv, internet, beautiful fish pool. You don't need anything, hair dryer, iron are there. I had a conference in David Laurence convention center, it was 15 minutes walk. You can walk almost every where in Pittsburg. If you are there don't forget to try pilaf in the Uzbai restaurant which is less than 1 minute from here.

Everything is perfect. It will exceed your expectation.

Comfortable Clean Convient location

Coffee machine was a piece of crap and did t work unless you stool and held lid top down.tilcoffee brewed. Dishes and silverware were not that great and we're not sanitary no disposable cups silverware etc. In light of covid and other there was no safe cups or flatware Also NO Instructions on how to use Television or what channels were offered or available or how to access.

Pretty well located to downtown and market square. About a 10 min walk. Parking garage across the street really convenient. Also not a far drive 10-20 min from most major attractions for Pittsburgh (zoo, aquarium, museums, science center, casino, etc.)

In the best way possible you can tell this is a budget hotel. Things are a little rundown or not the most advanced, but it’s the cheapest place to stay that’s still really convenient to downtown. You can also tell that they don’t super thoroughly clean the rooms( moving furniture, fully cleaning floors)

The view out the window was stunning. The rooms were clean and big! The couches were comfy and massive could be a third bed. It was perfect for our event at ppg and the area around it had alone of stuff to do.

The stairs were a bit rough as we were on top floor but doable just not want to have to go up and down. The other building has an elevator which is nice however I loved this room more!

A full single bedroom apartment with a small fully equipped kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave, living room with TV, dining table with stools, and small bathroom. There are several bus lines stopping near the door, the tram is about a half mile away. Less expensive than hotels Downtown.

This is a separate apartment building without an elevator, but Apartments 200 and 201 are not so steep. but there are apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors further up. Parking garage is $25 a day but all downtown hotels have this. after our conference was over we moved to a place with free parking.

Incredibly well placed in Downtown Pittsburgh, at walking distance from a lot of nice places to eat and drink. The studio apartment is equipped with everything you’d need, and you can make breakfast at home.

The curtains in my particular room were kinda hard to close and let light in in the morning, but other than that the place is charming.

A lot of space, comfy bed and good equipment (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer...). Nice channel and streaming selection available on the TV too. We didn't see any staff members but they were very responsive by text, which was great. Also, we came for a hockey game and the place is really close to the arena, so that's also very convenient if that's your reason for coming to Pittsburgh! Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the flat is a great deal for the price.

The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy (still nothing bad happened, just a global feeling), and I think somebody stole all the knives or something because there's none left! Also, the pillow are BIG, like actually too big.

Nice convenient location with good lighting, tall walls that gave the feel of more space. Location was close to all the downtown tourist attractions

Minor issues. Toilet paper holder was too narrow to fit a roll. Shower curtain mounted too high to be used properly.

Great location, Keyless access, high speed internet, well equipped kitchen

Shower pressure low, two hair conditioners and body lotion in shower instead of shampoo and Shower gel (but it wasn't critical). Inconvenient of two access codes (main entry and room door).
