The breakfast was pretty good although the line for the made to order eggs was really long sometimes. I loved the free happy hour. The bathroom was huge, probably could have added a bit more space the bedroom as there was no room for my suitcase in the bedroom.

The room refridgerator kept turning itself off, thus spoiling my delicious dinner leftovers that I had hoped to take home with me. When checking out on Sunday, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our car from the Valet. I sure wish we would have known about the self parking option across the street. I should have driven around a bit more to check it out before just going with the valet. The valet parking was also very expensive. Line for the made to order eggs at breakfast got really long sometimes and the waffles were awful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the morning desk clerk was very helpful with an issue i had with check in. She was able to find me an available room before 4pm which saved the day with our event we were attending that day. I wish i would have gotten her name but didnt. the views were also amazing.

There wasn't a light bulb in one of the lamps by the bed which was a little upsetting. During the morning continental breakfast I saw dirty dishes everywhere, including on the litlle "bar" before you got to the food. I feel cleanliness could have been a little better.

Perfect location in downtown Pittsburgh - short walk to all restaurants, Pittsburgh Convention Center, and about 8-10 minute drive to Pittsburgh Zoo/Aquarium. The valet service was excellent (cost $45/night), especially with use of the text link to request in/out service. They always had the car waiting for us when arriving on the street level when requesting in/out car service. Standard Embassy Suites buffet breakfast included in rate, which we always enjoy. If you factor the cost of going out for breakfast for a family, this makes the standard room rate more reasonable. Rooms were clean and the bathroom larger than typically hotel room.

I was amazed by the room! The space for the main area, size of the sofa, the separate bedroom, the comfortable bed, the big bathroom wit access from the main area and from the bedroom, the vanity, the two big mirrors… everything was perfect. The breakfast was awesome! It had everything possible, including the omelette bar. The staff on the breakfast were great. There are multiple elevators working at all times. The location is great and allowed us to explore the city and arrive to the concert venue just by walking.

The reception staff could have been a little bit friendlier. They did their duties, but did not seem happy. The entrance doors are a little bit difficult to handle while carrying luggage. There’s someone with security but he was not responsible to open the doors. But I understand automatic doors are not appropriate given the fact that they are located on the street sidewalk.

When we first checked in the host was sure to follow up with us to make sure the room was up to our expectations. They were quick to send maintenance to fix the shower door handle and sent extra towels when requested. The staff during breakfast service was top notch; quickly cleaning tables and very friendly.

The restaurant/bar was closed Saturday afternoon when the posted hours said it was supposed to be open, just wanted an afternoon cocktail. The pool has a design flaw with exposed screws along the edges. My son cut his leg getting out of the pool. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

We went to Pittsburgh for a concert at PNC Park. The hotel was 15-minute walk to the stadium, which was totally doable for myself, my spouse and our 11-year-old. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable.

There are 25 floors to this building (our room was on the 16th floor) and at one point during our stay only one elevator was working. We waited almost 10 minutes to catch the elevator on our way out for the evening. We also ended up parking our car in the garage around the corner because the valet was so backed up with cars that there wasn’t even a spot for us to park and wait for them to take our car.

Breakfast was huge - tons of choices. Hours different on weekends and holidays versus weekends. Nightly happy hour was also enjoyable. 2 drinks/person, light snacks. Seating in bar and lobby area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is amazing. Easy self parking in garage across the street.

Did not know and there are no signs indicating the check in /lobby is on 25th floor or that you have to have a room key to activate elevator to any other floor. Also, there is not much space to load/unload in front of the hotel so be aware if you need to travel to 25th floor to find a luggage cart. If you are not using valet parking they will not help you get a cart. Front desk staff is seriously lacking. I had to put in request for sheets for the pull out couch through the app and call 3 times to get sheets 2 hrs later.

The location, complimentary snacks and drinks (although there wasn't much left at 6:00), staff at the registration was really professional, bed was perfect, spacious room

The cleanliness of the room was substandard....full length mirror was very dirty with fingerprints all over it, windows (all 4) had fingerprints and smudges on them, side table had ring marks from a can, drawer in the living room had something spilled and dribbled down the front of it, and most of all NO BATHROOM FAN!!!! Considering returning to the area for more concerts, but returning to this facility is questionable.

Breakfast was great, valet was quick and easy, a little delay at checkout for valet but to be expected and I was able to order the car in advance and it was there by the time we came down. Right in the center of downtown so close walk to everything. We came in from 6 hours away and they were even able to accommodate our early check in request at noon.

We had no complaints at all. Quick weekend getaway and the hotel was great.

Room service was great. We received towels when we needed them and all the used ones were picked up timely. Trash was picked up timely as well. The breakfast service was great and having the fitness center in the hotel was also great.

I would have liked the floors to get cleaned in the room, especially the bathroom. We were there for a whole week, so it looked dirty by the end of the week. The hallways were not vacuumed on a regular basis.
