A truly unique hotel, excellent location to walk and take in all of Pittsburgh’s sights on the way over the bridge to Acrisure Stadium to watch the Steelers!The staff is genuine, and friendly, and the extras with the breakfast and supper are huge value. Brie at check-in and Toni at the 5:30 unwind supper are absolutely outstanding!

Not a thing. There is tons of seating, rooftop, and all amenities - we wished we had more time to enjoy this incredible hotel.

We liked that the room was large with high ceilings. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had a breakfast and happy hour.

The parking situation was not good. The hotel can only park a limited number of vehicles on site and then have to flow to local parking lots. There were not enough employees to quickly get the cars and we had to wait about 30 minutes twice to have the car retrieved. They would be better served to instruct guests how to park the cars themselves and not use the valet parking. Otherwise, they need to increase the staffing considerably.

Great location! We were able to walk to just about everything in the downtown area and even across to the Northside. The staff was friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free breakfast a couple of times, but did not have any of the evening food. The hotel gives you drink tickets for (2) free drinks every evening, but we didn't take advantage of it since we were out exploring. Even with some higher end hotels, you get lumpy pillows and the air conditioner doesn't get the room quite cold enough for sleeping; but that was not the case here at all.

There is no in-room safe. They did offer to lock up any valuables in the manager's office, but we chose not to do that.

dRURY'S ARE ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION WHEREVER THEY ARE LOCQTED.

pARKING AND SIGNAGE. I DROVE PAST THE ENTRANCE TWICE BEFORE I SAW THE SIGN TO ENTER FOR PARKING. FOR MY PICKUP TRUCK, IT WAS A VERY NARROW ENTRYWAY. i HAD TO BACK UP INTO THE STREET A BIT TO MAKE THE TURN. HIGH CRASH AREA !!! ALSO THE VALET PARKING CHARGES WERE EXTREMEMLY HIGH...$39+. THE VALET JUST BACKD IT INTO AN OPEN SPOT 30 FEET AWAY. I'VE BEEN TO MANY OTHER HOTELS IN LARGE METROPOLITAN AREAS WHERE THE VALET CHARGES WERE MUCH LESS. YOU HAVE NO OPTION AT THIS LOCATION. WHERE ELSE WOUD I BE ABLE TO PARK?

The receptionist was very helpful and informative. We were going to miss breakfast but were told we could get a complimentary evening meal and a couple of drinks (first one free and another two for a dollar each) should we require them. The room itself was wonderful. It was massive with two queen sized beds and loads of space to move around. There was a fridge and microwave. There was also free wifi and the tv had a large variety of channels available. The bathroom was very clean and functional. And then there was those beds! So very comfortable and I'm sure we had clouds for pillows! Absolutely wondeful stay. And for those travelling into/out of the city by bus, the Greyhound station is two minutes away. I shall certainly reccommend it to my friends.

There was nothing about this proiperty that we didn't like. The whole stay was brilliant.

I've booked many hotels all over the world through Booking.com but perhaps the reception staff of this hotel has been the most friendly, helpful and kind. Thanks to the reception staff, my stay in Pittsburgh was extremely pleasant.

The hotel is old and needs some maintenance. The quality of breakfast is acceptable but the evening meals are generally fatty and unhealthy (but free). The swimming pool was much smaller than I expected, so I did not use it. Neither amenities nor a safe in the room. The shower was very basic with a weathered plastic curtain. Low water pressure.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel was quite modern inside. I had a late meal at the bar and lounge and it was actually quite good. Rosanna, the bartender and cook, was great. The room was nice, all the usual amenities. I did like the Happy Hour nightly with free munchies and drink tickets. Location was nice because it was easy access to Downtown, Strip District, even not that far a walk from the stadium and Fort Pitt and the Carnegie Science Center area.

The munchies at Happy Hour weren't the best. Weird turn-in access from Grant.

From the time of walking in. Heather was helping some upset guest at the counter. While they were resolving she helped the next guest on the next computer to keep the line moving. She seen we travelled with 2 kids. Gave us a nice corner suite. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet. Saved our family $60+ going out to dinner and driving per meal. Love the atmosphere and happiness. I learned it is family owned and I love supporting small business. Brie surprised us and comped our valet parking next morning after educating me on the history of Drury. From now on Drury will be our first to look and book option

I did not have any complaints

I was in Pittsburgh for a conference in March 2025, and stayed a week at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Had a great stay, the hotel has many nice facilities, including the gym and a terrace with a wonderful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's clean and comfortable, and the room is spacious. Location is amazing, a minute walk to the conference venue. Both breakfast and dinner were included, which was a great addition.

If I have to choose something, probably the coffee :)

We booked a family suite, and the room was huge. Extremely friendly and responsive staff who quickly addressed concerns. Good breakfast spread with waffles, eggs, biscuits, cereal, breads, etc. Location is pretty central downtown with access to the subway about a block away.

I don't really know what they could do about it, but the drive-up area for valet parking is pretty cramped and could be difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle. You have to make a tight U-turn after turning in to the property to drop your car off. Elevators could be a little confusing with freight right next to the normal ones.
