Receptionists were amazingly helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for what I needed it for, and the bus stop is just outside the complex. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. The apartment is huge and stylish in a very safe building with key card access.

The apartment awfully reeked of curry on my arrival and it never went away. The air-conditioning/heating is very loud, and despite being on the highest temperature possible it never heated up the apartment enough to be comfortably warm. The hairdryer was missing from the bathroom and I only found out the hard way. The bathroom was not well cleaned, there were urine spots on the toilet seat, hair and pubic hair in the shower and stains all over the bathroom cabinet and drawers that could have been easily wiped away if the cleaner bothered at all. There was no laundry detergent and frankly for the price they charge it would be a very small ask to leave one or two pods as curtesy. For me cleanliness makes or break a hotel deal so I would not return.

Every staff member I dealt with was kind and helpful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had a work trip in town & my partner came with me, so we could make it a little getaway before having to deal with the stress of the upcoming Christmas holiday. The apartment made us feel like we were ready to pack up our things and move in… as strange as that may seem. The parking is tight, so be aware of that, but overall, spaces were easy to find. After my works Christmas party, we ventured out to see what there was to do. We found a little Christmas market right around the corner, a golf simulation place/bar, plenty of restaurants and places to grab some drinks to go! We will be for sure staying here again when I have to go back to Pitt!

The couch wasn’t the biggest and there wasn’t any additional ottomans to put your feet up on, but it was still comfy! We stayed on the 12th floor, so other than the penthouses above, we didn’t have to worry about noisy above neighbors, but the neighbors to the left of us were definitely early risers! They also do not have apps to sign into, like Netflix, but you can mirror a device instead. Overall, these were just small things and we had a great time!

The apartment was spacious, clean, with a lot of natural light; the bed and the pillows were the most comfortable. I wish I can take the bed with me. The parking was great, next to the hotel. It’s NOT a spacious parking therefore you should not travel with the van or a larger car, but for the compact car there is enough space. The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment was wonderful!!! recommend and will be back for sure

Nothing bad to say

Great location and spacious room.

We had stayed for a conference that was held 8-11am on a Saturday so we had requested a late checkout which was ultimately not given. This made our morning incredibly difficult logistically as we had a 6 hour drive after the conference at which point we were planning to come back to the room to freshen up and prepare for the trip back. We did leave our car in the hotel lot so when we came back to the hotel to retrieve our car we asked the same gentleman who would not allow for a late checkout (even though we had requested one and were told to speak to the front desk in the morning to confirm) if we could you the restrooms. He gave us a hard time that it was for employees only. This treatment was a ridiculous considering we were guests who had checked out only a couple hours earlier.

This was my 2nd stay...Even though some months passed, the dude at the front desk remembered me :) Shows attention to detail <3 1st time I was amazed with the apartment...this time we got a corner and OMG the viewssssssss AMAZINGGGGGG!! Could see the PNC park from one side & market square on the other... Definitely my go to stay in Downtown Pitt, we already know all the awesome places to eat, the cute coffee shops, the bus routes, easy being a local there :)

The downtown location with close proximity to restaurants and parks is great.

The instructions for parking in the garage was unclear We were informed after parking on the 2nd level and struggling to enter with suitcases via the stairs, that we were supposed to park on a higher level. The Apartment was great but the temp was hard to control. Very hot in bed room and very cold in living area to sleep on pull out sofa and no extra blanket. While great amenities were located on roof top including basketball court, tennis court, lounge couches and chairs to drink wine and view the skyline, we were stopped by security to enjoy the view due to penthouse guest making complaint.

Location is amazing , in the heart of Pittsburgh , walking distance many restaurants , T-Mobile , Cleaners , grocery stores, Starbucks . Roof top and business center very nice and comfortable. Gym room is one of the best I had the pleasure to work out in my life.

Friendly and reliable service at the front desk. Excellent location with walking distance to both sports stadiums and many restaurants. Spacious room with high ceilings and full kitchen facilities. We loved the independent living feeling, like staying in an apartment away from home. The laundry machines in our unit were convenient. Complimentary access to the adjoining gym/health club. We would absolutely stay here again.

the studio apartment is a good size. the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was awesome. and view. We had a view of the other hotels over looking a plaza. It was beautiful when the sun was setting, as well as the roof top view in the evening. The hotel was quiet for the most part and had great shower pressure. The hallways were cleaned. and all staff were courteous.

the daily parking fee of 30 dollars was nuts.

We had a great apartment with a cool view in a convenient downtown location

The parking lot is very tight! Do not come here with a big suv or pickup truck. The exit ramp is extremely narrow, the turn is tight, and the road is so banked I felt my SUV was going g to tip over!! I thought I was going to hit the wall.
