The Sheraton seemed fairly recently remodeled. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the Key Lime Cheesecake at the Factory, but note that the kitchen closes at 10.00 pm. Bar staff were super nice. Easy walk to the Monongahela Incline, which is a must do. Stunning views at night!

The mattress was way too soft. Unfortunately, Station Square is pretty dead now, which is sad, as I think the are could thrive. It obviously isn’t the fault of the Sheraton. Parking was pretty pricey too, but unfortunately that’s normal at all hotels in Pittsburgh.

Always stay at Sheraton at station square when I travel to Pittsburgh for work. Never got disappointed. The Factory restaurant inside the hotel is amazing! Great food and very friendly staff! This time I also used the gym and everything was so clean and there was quality equipment there. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are very clean. Front desk is also so friendly. We stayed at 8th level corner rooms and the view was beautiful!

The shop inside the hotel closes at 10pm and I had to DoorDash some basic stuff from CVS. I wish it was open 7/24 for people who arrive late.

Room was SUPER clean and well appointed. Hallways and common areas were well kept and I didn't notice any wear or aged areas. I think I heard a front desk attendant mention the property had been redone in the past couple of years.

The foyer / lobby has a very faint urine smell. Bizarre. I could not smell it all the time, and it's not super strong but I noticed while passing through to use the bathroom and again the next morning while sitting having coffee after checking out. I have a sensitive nose, but my friend noticed as well.

Staff was incredible - I was traveling long distance and had car issues; and walked in to use the restroom while waiting for a tow truck. The desk person on duty invited me to stay in the lobby for as long as I needed as it was very cold outside, and leave the car in the check in lane ( so I didn’t have to pay for parking) till the tow truck arrived. I asked about room rates, and they weee doable, but then he recommended that if I needed to book a room for the night, using an online site would be cheaper. He recommended I grab dinner in the bar, and so I did, but they had just stopped serving food for the night. Then the waitstaff and bartender put together a generous salad with heavy bacon for me so I could get a late dinner. When I ultimately had to reschedule the tow truck for a morning pick up, I booked a room on Booking, but when I went to check in, found that the manager had authorized a deeply discounted room for me! ( too bad I couldn’t use it). I was given a premium room with an incredible view of the Pittsburgh Skyline- I felt like royalty after what had been a long, stressful and exhausting day. It is a beautiful property, but the real treasure is the staff – the service was impeccable, over and above, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Loved the view of the river and city skyline, good food. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Room cleaning was excellent.

Not enough bar staff for a Rotary convention; the staff were doing everything humanly possible, literally running from person to person. I heard that three bar stations were set up in an adjoining room for a selection of invited Rotary guests. Management probably should have transferred some of the staff from there to the main bar; Hotel needs to be able to adjust to conditions when a situation arises; that didn't happen. Some of the doors to rooms have difficulty closing, probably due to multiple coats of paint. This can and should be fixed. All the cleaning staff know which ones need attention.

The staff were very friendly! The views were amazing from the lobby/restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed to receive a non view room. The carpet in the room was gross and should be replaced. The room and shower/ bathroom were very well done! More hooks for wet towels and clothing would be great, there was only one. The pool and the pool room were not heated and it was freezing! No one was using it and I'm sure that was the reason.We did enjoy our stay!

The view of our hotel looked over a riverboat in the water and a spectacular view of downtown. We loved that everything was between 5-15 minutes away from our hotel. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff were SO friendly. The rooms were very clean and check out was at 11:30 a.m., which is much later than most hotels. The pool stays open late so the kids LOVED that!

The property was very nice. The view of Pittsburgh was incredible especially at night and the restaurant/lounge was very nice.

I did not like the location of the property. It’s in station Square and there is nothing open there. If you want to enjoy different places or different shops, you definitely have to leave the area and have a car

Room was perfect, very clean, very fresh. Staff was super friendly, and did not give us any issues. Hotel pool was typical nothing to brag about, but still clean and enough for the kids to splash around in. Restaurant was a tad pricey but food was amazing and worth it

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and all the facilities were clean and well stocked

The excessively loud air conditioning in the room woke us up every half hour, making it difficult to sleep. Whether it was malfunctioning or just a loud system, it was distracting enough that we had to turn it off to sleep.
