The properties location was perfect for our trip. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Walls were not very sound proof. Our neighboring room has guest that woke me up each morning talking. The breakfast our first morning was very busy with lines and people waiting on food. The second morning breakfast was very well stocked and no lines.

Drury Inn at Pittsburgh International is a hidden gem. We discovered it by chance a few years ago. We have been so surprised and pleased. The rooms are clean and comfortable, beds are great and plenty of pillow for those of us who love pillows. Breakfast is an abundant buffet. The biggest surprise has been the "happy hour" each evening. The hotel provides each guest with a ticket for a free drink with two additional $1 drink tickets. The happy hour is really an entire meal. This past visit there was; green salad, barbecue pork, hot dogs, mac and cheese, snacks, cole slaw. There was no need for us to leave the hotel. We plan to stay every time we head west from Philadelphia. A tremendous value.

Loads of parking, fast and friendly check in, super clean room, comfortable beds and better than average free breakfast made it easy to eat and get on the road. We have never stayed at a Drury before and we will absolutely stay at them moving forward. Significantly better than the two Hilton chain ones we stayed at in other towns on our trip.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Because I am being asked, the only constructive feedback that I could offer is that it would be nice to have a bit more space in the eating area as it got quite hectic and was difficult to find a spot (although the staff did an absolutely exceptional job of keeping it clean, tidy, and well stocked) and we would have really appreciated a couple of bottles of water either on check-in or in the room because the heat was off the charts and it feels weird to drink water out of a washroom faucet.

I travel often with a big family so I am pretty good judge of worth-while hotel stays and I have to say that this hotel checked all of the boxes. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh. It was a bonus to not have to pay for parking and breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep. There was lots of shopping just across the street and the staff was very friendly. Overall a pleasant stay!

The area felt safe and very clean. The property itself was spotless and the staff was very friendly and polite. I loved that not only did they offer complimentary breakfast that was delicious, but they offered complimentary dinner! What other hotel does that? None of the ones around it offered complimentary breakfast or dinner and they were more expensive. You get a great experience for an even better price! Highly recommend!

Nothing. It was a great stay

Wonderfully welcoming. We had some packages to ship and had we not had a car, the shuttle driver was going to take us to Staples to help us out. Far above and beyond most places:) The room was standard, the pillows and bed were amazing. The bathroom was clean and adequate for our needs. The shower was warm and shampoo and conditioner were provided via dispensers. Breakfast was standard. I wish they had more flavors of creamer for my hot tea, but I’m spoiled;)

More flavored creamer and choice in hot tea. There was plenty for coffee drinkers.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love this Hotel I strongly recommend it. If I ever come back to Pittsburgh I will definitely come back to this hotel.

There is nothing I don’t like. The mattress may need to be replaced in the near future. Isn’t too bad for now.

This is a very nice and well maintained property. The desk staff, which included Erica and the Assistant Desk Manager, I believe her name was Anna or Elise, were both extremely helpful and inviting. The lobby, hotels floors, gym, and pool area were so well maintained and well kept. The breakfast was good. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I had a bit of a mold smell coming from my A/C unit and I wished the breakfast has some spinach or greens to go with the eggs and sausage, but there were apples and bananas.

The service and overall experience was excellent. Thanks for the Happy Hour food! I utilized the gym and appreciated its cleanliness. The location was good for our conference.

Make breakfast a little more robust like have bacon as a second protein, more fruit, yogurt and pastries. I elected to decline housekeeping services but let me know how I could get my trash removed during check-in please.

We loved our 5-night stay at Drury! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great channel selection on the TV. The included breakfast each morning was truly excellent (lots to choose from), and though we could not take advantage of it every evening, having the buffet dinner option included each night was an unexpected, added bonus. Every staff member always greeted us with a smile!

We loved everything!
