Convenient free Airport Limousine access (10 min ride) to Pittsburgh airport, fine hotel breakfast even in the early morning, not too expensive. I got upgraded to a king room for free because apparently they are all on the second floor, and the property doesn’t have an elevator. I travel light so this wasn’t inconvenient for me though.

Internet was a little bit spotty, but manageable.

Much better than most American breakfasts, hot food served. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us late checkout due to our flight time.

Everything was fine, excellent restaurant right beside hotel.

The Breakfast was really good and the location was close to everything. Staff was great.

We had a smoking room that definitely needed an update and cleaning. You could see the smoke stains and could tell it wasent washed down in quite a while.

Breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausages, juice, tea, coffee, muffins, bagels, yogurt, milk. The only thing which is missing is vegetables, but it is pretty common for this type of hotels. I think it is good for a price

Room cleanness. There was a weird smell in the room and carpet was wet.

Room cleaned upon arrival. Comfortable beds, tv, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, tissues. Shower nob stuck. Needed help to loosen it until water came out. Generous breakfast included. Interior rooms vs outdoor rooms. My family stayed in an interior room. Mine opened to the parking lot.

My room nor my family's room was ready until 35 min. after check in. We arrived at different times on same day. Appears to be a staffing issue. I couldn't get water to run in shower. Nob was stuck. Family member pulled it out for me.

Breakfast was suer. Fresh made mini waffels. Kitchen help brought the finished waffelas to my table. Among other types, they had raisin bread for tloasting!

The rooms are reasonably priced and convenient to leave your car there for around 8 bucks a day. Also, they have a shuttle service to airport which is free!!!! BONUS

location was good, hotel was clean, well stocked & the staff was very helpful & personable. Breakfast was highly adequate & staff kept the breakfast bar full

The breakfast was so so it is hard to have a decent meal when everything is buffet. The location was fine. The hotel was old, need some work but clean and comfortable

The hotel was old and needs to have a lot of upgrades. The shower was great, towels were pretty good.

The breakfast was really good. The attendent was helpful, constantly cleaning, restocking - but not in anyone's way. Sunday morning was busy, but everything was clean and well stocked. The waffles and sausage gray with biscuits were great! And the fact that you included sugar-free syrup was wonderful.

The room "keys" only ever worked one time for Room 131. The desk attendent was great about replacing them. The A/C in that room sounded like a 747 was warming up outside the window!
