Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also, every time we would go to the market area to get water, they gave it to us for free. We weren’t expecting that!

The only issue we had was the sheets on our bed didn’t fit the bed correctly. They were a bit too small for the bed. We declined maid service because we don’t like people in and around our belongings, so we would fix our sheets ourselves. We were exhausted every night, so it wasn’t a huge bother but the maids need to be more aware of how the sheets fit the beds.

Coffee station was empty most of the time and was cold if not empty :( Unfortunately there is no airport shuttle which makes it more diffucly to get to the location.

The staff were all amazing! Dave and Chris the valets, Natoya on housekeeping, and Deb and Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The free breakfast is also key if you can get there before it gets busy.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was incredibly well-maintained and well-situated.

the location was perfect walking distance for what we were there for. we appreciated the free breakfast and the room was great. having vallet was nice as we were right in the city and didn't have to panic about it.

it was a while before we could check in, we did arrive early, but weren't accommodated for that. we did have scheduled plans so it was a little annoying that we were told to wait for almost two hours.

We stayed 5 nights, it was nice quiet accommodation. Front office staff always helpful with directions for us Aussie tourists. Breakfast had a great selection of food/drinks which was good. We would definitely stay here again. This place isn’t far from Public Transport aswell. I loved that they have a washing machine and dryer that you can use on floor - M which accepts card. Free washing powder and dryer sheets from the front desk.

The suggested parking price was very expensive ( 38$), which adds significantly to the hotel price. So I've parked in a far lot for 12$ and walked to the hotel. Plus, it would be nice to have an option of the warm dinner in the hotel, maybe at least to purchase some sandwiches.

I loved the staff. The two gentlemen standing and greeting us at the door were so nice. The girl that was working with us right away for our room. There was a fuse blown and she helped us right away and set us up with a whole new room. Absolutely will stay again!

The tents outside. Made me nervous about our vehicle.

Location was good was able to walk to everything on our list.

Didn’t realize how noisy the hwy in front would be. We had a riverside view which was nice but the volume of street noise was more than expected.

The property was centrally located to where we needed to be. The valet service was great and the staff.

I felt that it was extremely over priced for the cleanliness of our room and what we had in our room, the bathroom was not clean, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper, limited towels, just not what I expected for the price we had to pay.

I like the hotel. It was nice and clean and good customer service.

I liked everything except that you have to pay $38 for valet parking and I didn’t like that they didn’t have adequate parking for their customers
