This hotel is a perfect area for convention stays, it's next to the convention and it has excellent service and quality, breakfast has a unique serving but it is good quality. Even a four person room could hold up six people if you really tried, it's roomy enough for it, and the bathrooms are of decent quality. Affordable!

The breakfast options were limited to gourmet foods that didn't have a lot of variety, and it is a bit pricey for what you get ($15 per person per day), even as a bouffet style. Thankfully there is a cafe at the ground level on the corner of the hotel where you can get a more fulfilling breakfast.

Beds are comfy. Quiet hotel - not too big. Breakfast was good - healthy and portions were not massive/wasteful. Parking across street was easy. In/out of Pittsburgh was super easy - one/two stop lights to the highway.

All good really. Just note. walk to PNC Park is nice and a reasonable 15-20 mins. Perhaps a bit too long if you're out of shape or a person in your group has mobility issues, but otherwise no issues and a nice way to start/end the game. Not too much around hotel so great location if you want a smaller/quieter place to stay and you are ok to walk 10 mins to anything including downtown. I went with my teenage boys and 80+ dad and we were good, but my dad is in good shape and could handle it.

Absolutely loved my stay — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with minimal decor. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities made it a great experience. Perfect location, too. I’d definitely stay here again!

The view was lackluster but the room was so nice I didn’t care.

Front desk was almost confrontational upon check in. Otherwise staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Gym and common areas were not as clean as I would expect. Door to the shower was broken. Breakfast was not worth paying for, very few options and just a few pieces of each item were set out.

It was very expensive. The king room with a pull out sofa didn’t exist. Booking.com has been told this but they keep listing the room as an option. The hotel helped us get an alternative room.

We liked the modern comfort of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a nice design. The TV worked great, the wifi. Everything was very clean. We're a family with grown kids and everyone liked it.

We don't really have a complaint, the room was nice, the check-in person was really nice. Easy stay comfortable stay.

The property is conveniently located in the downtown area and near the river from of the south shore and in walking distance to the convention center. It is a newer hotel and very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The model is a modern one. the lobby is on the top floor and you have to ride an elevator up to it to check in. Just odd for my traditional senses. For the price you expect a very comfortable spacious room and it is to an extent. It was very well lit and had lots of plug ins etc and a very nice rainfall shower. That being said the mattress was unusually firm and very uncomfortable. it was the only real complaint from the wife and me. if you like sleeping on plywood it will be no issue.

No parking. Very costly to park across the street and the prices went from $5-$15 daily. We were placed next door/below to a very very sick person. Coughed so bad day and night at all times. It was painful to listen to. They were obviously recovering there. This hotel should have been mindful of the possible disruption. And...bathroom shower was stained. Showing wear. Another person's clothes left in the drawer. Housekeeping could have been a bit more detailed.

First time I have gone to the top floor of a hotel to check in at the lobby - a great view of Pittsburgh from that height.

More about parking in the description. I thought it was included in the price. It wasn’t. Parking lot very convenient next to the hotel - a bit awkward knowing how to unload baggage prior to checking in. Also not explained prior to the visit.

The guest floors were controlled by the key card. It was a short and pleasant walk to the conference center. It’s possibly the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The lights were dim. Even with all the lights on. The coffee and tea supplies were not replenished before my stay, and it took several calls to clarify that it needed *everything* not just a couple coffee pods.
