Room worked well for us - nice size with plenty of space for our family of four. Comfy beds and appreciated the mini kitchen to be able to prepare hot drinks and microwave food.

Had booked a room with three beds but after check in discovered the sofa bed hadn't been made up and no bedding was left. As we arrived about 7pm housekeeping weren't available but we were given the sheets etc. and made it up ourselves. Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working whilst we were there - not a problem for me and my wife but the kids were a little frustrated. Was disappointed we had to pay for the hotel car park.

The breakfast food and server were great!! The location is great for staying for events at PPG. The beds are comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave are clutch. Size of room is awesome. Parking is awesome. Elevators are quick and efficient. The hot tub was nice.

Pool was gross, with hair everywhere. It should stay open until 10pm too. AC would not go down to make it colder in our room. Not enough working charging areas in room. The worst was the non existent room darkening curtains-1 sheer curtain that let's Alllllll the light in.

This was our second stay here. We loved the location. Staff is Topps. We enjoyed the bar and even more the court yard. They had music playing and really cool lighting. Lisa at the bar really took great care of 3 old Navy vets and their wives. She was awesome. Thank you to the entire Cambria staff. We would love to come stay again.

Breakfast was a little expensive but delicious. Parking is a little expensive, cheaper than a long distance garage, or parking and getting towed. Lol

The entrance and exit to the parking area was not difficult to maneuver. The hotel smelled nice and clean everywhere. The room was laid out thoughtfully and generally clean and inviting. The shower head was amazing and the water wasn't hard. The Keurig in the room was a nice feature, too

There was no bathroom fan, which is always bothersome. The carpet in front of the bathroom was torn up and stained, and the one lampshade needed replacing, neither made a good impression. The hotel advertised a restaurant. In reality, the food was tolerable with the dinner we had the night we arrived late, but the menu is small and they had no cook the day we wanted to try breakfast there. They did offer free coffee, fresh fruit, muffins, danishes, and the like that morning.

Great staff. Jim was especially patient and helpful.

Disappointed that breakfast and parking cost extra. Handicap room was pretty nice, but no hooks in bathroom or adequate space for personal items in the bathroom. Upset that we couldn't get a receipt (for around $30) for buying snacks at the store. Our visit to the area was court ordered and we needed receipts for everything. Spa water appeared dirty.

If you are attending an event at PPG Arena, the Cambria is the ideal place to stay. Located directly next to PPG, there is no need to worry about parking or traveling following the event. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. It was a great experience.

The breakfast area was understaffed. I truly felt sorry for the waitress. She was trying to serve the entire room full of guests by herself. My son and I arrived at the same time as another guest and her young son. They requested their food to go. We both sat there for well over a half hour waiting. She eventually sent her son back up to the room and waited alone. I'd hoped to utilize the fitness center prior to checking out, but after waiting so long, I did not have the opportunity to do so. We eventually took our food to the room as well and my son ate as I packed. The food was good. They just needed more staff... both wait staff and cooks.

It was easy to find, the parking was very convenient. The room was so much bigger than the pictures which was amazing and made it more comfortable. The staff was awesome. We tried their restaurant on the first floor and our waitress was beyond perfect! She acted as if we were family and spoke to us like we’ve known each other for years. Chef Charles is amazing at what he does. The portions were huge! We stayed at a Hilton before this hotel and the next time we are in the area, the Cambria is where will stay! Great job!

Absolutely nothing

Had a wonderful staff and the breakfast and dinner was great. I can;t say enough about the awesome staff at this location. Very friendly and communicated with everyone very nicely. I am coming back to Pittsburgh next year and going to stay there again.

The only problem that really stuck out to me was that the shower grout had mold on it and the floor in the shower. I think a good deep cleaning and re grouting the shower would really help because the shower is one of the main thing customers look at.

The beds, sheets, and pillows were super comfy. The room was quiet (with the exception of the neighbors) we didn't hear anyone walking through the halls at night, or doors closing, etc. And so close to the arena!

The shower and bathroom could use some attention. It looked a little run down and dirty. Not that it was actually dirty, more like just unable to be clean looking

The location was perfect because we went to a concert at the PPG. We have stayed here before and that's why we came back. We didn't want to drive back to Morgantown, WV after the concert in the rain, traffic, and it was late so we could just relax. We were able to get there early and had a meal at the restaurant and the food was great.

The temperature control didn't heat the room as much as my wife wanted but maintenance came up and fixed the problem.
