Staying in the strip district is pretty great if you're visiting Pittsburgh - you're near some pretty great food and coffee. Staying in a suite in the strip district is even better because you have the little kitchenette, meaning you can enjoy stuff from the local specialty markets (Penn Mac, etc) and store it easily without worrying about it going bad. The hotel is clean, convenient, and comfy and the staff are GREAT. Extremely helpful and accommodating when I had an issue with my booking, and super friendly throughout. Facilities are great, the gym is large and well-stocked, and the lobby is an excellent spot to relax. I enjoyed using the pool, however I will say that the pool water kind of reeks. Definitely more there for kids or people who don't mind being stinky.

The night manager was really nice and helpful.The reservation had my name listed wrong so I could not get my HH points or the TV and Internet to work in the room. He helped me correct everything.

The room had a sewer smell when we came in, I thought that if we leave the air on for the time we're out it will get cleared. We stayed only a night so by the time we came back it was too late to change rooms and we discovered that the bathroom sink was clogged too. The kitchen chairs were dirty.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean and the lighting in the rooms were great. The hotel was very clean throughout. Very modern and updated. The kitchen and the spacious TV room was very nice. The lady was very nice at the front desk and she let us check in early. The 12 pm check out was convenient. The parking deck was conveniently situated and the price was thrifty.

The bathroom sink located outside the bathroom was inconvenient and doesn't give you privacy from guests in your party. This was my biggest issue I didn't like. The furniture upholstery should be a material that spills can be easily cleaned to prevent stains.

Super clean and spacious rooms

Parking fees. Front desk told me if you park in the parking garage at the hotel, there is a $19 charge per day, but if you park in the public parking across the street from the entrance of the hotel, it was free with the parking pass they give you. However, I got charged $56 even though we only parked in the hotel garage 1 day and parked in the public parking lot the rest of our stay. I called the hotel about the $19 extra day we were charged (plus tax and fees) and was told it was $19 per day not matter where you parked. BUT if we would have paid cash to park in the public lot, it was only $10 per day where the hotel is charging $19. Makes no sense!!

Location was convenient and easy to navigate to. In walking distance to many amenities. Clean and comfortable.

A little pricey. Breakfast and coffee soso but plenty of local shops in surrounding area to get fresh drip and food. Parking garage has limited space but they had an additional lot available.

We arrived early and wanted to park our car and explore. The employee at the front desk was so friendly, she let us know where to park and when our room was ready they would text me. PERFECT !

Great location, walking distance to downtown and the strip district. We had a lovely, spacious room that felt like a home. Great coffee in the room. The breakfast was varied. The staff were brilliant. It was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to the US

CLEAN, helpful staff! Huge highlight was that the pool is a 3ft to 4ft pool so my 4 & 5 yr olds were able to comfortably roam the entire pool as they’re not great swimmers yet. Breakfast had something for everyone and the Outdoor space was also PERFECT!

I love that they have lotion in a pump bottle attached to the wall in the vanity area, then in the large shower they have shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash in pump.containers attached to the wall. They all smell really clean and fresh! Hypoallergenic Staff is very friendly

I was under impression parking was included but it wasn't, there is a 7 dollar parking tax a night and parking was 20 a night May be better off just paying the attendant to park in the lot next to the hotel. It would be cheaper.

The breakfast was good, lots of choices. The location was perfect for a .9 mile safe walk to the PPG Paints Arena and back after midnight. This has got to be the Cleanest hotel I have stayed at ever. Nice size room, bathroom was very nice. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone. Very friendly staff for directions, food recommendations, things to do, etc. Can't say enough. Obviously. Lol
