The location to PNC Park and the breakfast buffet was excellent and the woman running the breakfast was exceptional

There are two elevators to this 10 floor hotel and only one elevator was in operation all weekend. One of the reasons I chose this hotel again was because when I stayed here last June, the front desk staff and the manager were exceptional. This visit was different. The woman working at the front desk was unprofessional and not friendly. Honestly, she looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. I did not see the manager all weekend, however, last June he was present the whole weekend and interacted with us several times ensuring we were having a good visit.

This property is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions including the baseball and football stadiums. It has been recently well remodeled and is clean and bright. The king size room was a good size. The bed was excellent. The shower and bath products were brand names. There was no wait for the elevator and the hallways were clean and well lighted. The included breakfast was adequate. The 24 hour coffee and tea was a nice touch. Checkin and checkout was easy. The desks was manned 24/7.

The only negative to this property was the extreme highway noise. Our room was on the 8th floor on the northeast side above the elevated highway. Large trucks and cars screamed by 24/7. The property did supply ear plugs upon request. Even though everything else was great, I would only stay here again in a room away from the highway.

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice. Rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. We liked that the bathrooms had decent bath toiletries (Dove brand) that don't dry out your skin and hair instead of that crappy stuff hotels used to provide. The hotel parking was located next to the hotel in a lot under the highway bridge/overpass. It appeared a little sketchy, but in the end it was fine for the three days we were there. Unless you're a sports fan, not much else to do around the area. Not much for kids to see besides the Clemente bridge and a baseball game, but there is the Warhol museum. Getting to the other neighborhoods/local attractions around town was about a 10-minute drive, so not too bad.

The parking lot, but again, it was fine. Just not used to parking under a bridge. But the hotel can't help how the city was built. Parking was a bit pricey at $28 a day.

Staff - front desk staff was always helpful with questions but I wanted to mention one in particular. Debra was at the front desk when we arrived from a long drive and getting a bit lost. She was extremely helpful with directions, suggesting nearby establishments, help with parking, etc. She was very friendly and made us feel like we were not a bother and greeted us with a smile each time we passed the front desk. She seemed like she enjoyed her job and enjoyed helping travelers.

Check in went smooth. Hotel was less than a block from PNC Stadium. Several nice restaurants in the area. We discovered our AC was not cooling the way it should. Notified the front desk and the AC was fixed within 4 hours. The room was comfortable, and the walk in shower was amazing! Staff was pleasant and courteous. We are looking forward to our next trip there!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly. I appreciated the parking, and key card access to the lot. Our room was very clean, housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, and were quick to respond if we were out of anything such as toile paper. Our purpose of our trip was to attend a Pirates game and the stadium is literally across the street. I did not have to move my car at all during our stag. Food and activities are RIGHT THERE! Bed was super comfortable and I loved the firm and soft pillows, so much that I'd like to purchase for my home!

The location is very convenient. After our family dinner cruise on the river, we came back to the hotel and had a pajama party in the lobby.

The check-in area should be more set apart. There's no privacy. The hotel never responded to my questions via Booking.com. I called a week before and requested an extra room and was told okay. When we arrived, no extra rooms were available! Luckily, one of our 7 rooms was a suite with a sofa bed, and my brother and sister in law were able to use it.

The location was perfect. The room lay-out and the room amenities were appropriate for our stay. Breakfast was nice.

The staff was not friendly. We had to change rooms because there wasn’t a blind on the window. Nobody apologized. We had to leave dinner to move our luggage. It was a major inconvenience. There weren’t 4 towels. We had to ask for more. The bathroom floor was not very clean. There was dirt and hair. The one bed made a terrible squeaky noise if you moved. The traffic on the highway was very loud. We were in room 501.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating ! Both the reception workers during check out hours and during the day were super nice. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options( more than expected.), and the area was kept clean and tidy. We had a nice stay, and would recommend. There is also a pool we didn't get to try out, small but also kept very nice. We plan on returning!

Upon check In we were given a room, and when we went in found the bed unmade and looked as though someone was still there. We went back down notified the receptionist, and they were able to book us into a new room. The previous room had accidentally been marked clean, and was obviously not before we were assigned it. It's also been a month since our stay, and we still have not had the incidental charge removed from our debit card. Other than that, no other issues.

Excellent bed, surpisingly good lighting in the room (a rarity in hotels). Very good shower and very good breakfast. Parking was included and was non-valet: nothing to sneeze at!

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. but looked unprofessional (T-shirt, tattoos al over). The reception desk looked like anything BUT the reception desk. We could not connect our phone to the TV and gave up on it.
