The location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

Booked a river view but didn't get a river view. Also had to pay $44 for parking.

The Hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bar area somewhat small but still acceptable and the location was ok. Of course being in a city you can expect everything to be somewhat more expensive, the valet parking for example at $44.00/night. But, overall, a good choice especially if you plan to go to the Steelers game within walking distance! I would definitely stay again., no complaints.

I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like., except maybe "city" prices but again to be expected. It was a nice place to stay, the staff very accommodating and attentive.

Perfect location - you literally can’t get any closer to the end of the GAP trail; also close to good restaurants, shopping, train station. Amazing view of the park and rivers from the pool area and from the rooms.

Some of the corners in the room and bathroom were scuffed up pretty bad and/or run down - could use some sprucing up. The elevator lobby and ice machine lobby on the 22nd floor had large chunks of warped/peeling wallpaper on the walls. The pool and hot tub are both rather small for the size of the hotel, and when I was there both were overrun by minimally supervised kids running and splashing around all over the place. I know the hotel can’t do much about that (apart from barring kids altogether from the pool or establishing no-kids hours), but it was pretty annoying when all I wanted to do was relax for a bit in the hot tub after being on the trail, and it was impossible to do so with all the children crowded in the hot tub and treating it like a swimming pool.

Had river view and it was a great view, huge window as well to look out of. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was as expected, had King size bed which was huge and comfortable. It's a bit dated but it's an old building and I don't get bothered by any of that because it was comfortable and clean. Plenty of elevators so never had to wait. Rooms were quiet, traffic/trains were a barely audible muffle and the rooms AC was great. Was really happy with my stay.

You are on the point which is good for the views but everything is a little bit of a walk if walking because you're on the edge of the city in a sense.

Location was great, very close to Acrisure stadium, walking distance less than five minutes across the bridge. Also close to the park where the three rivers meet. Nearby to restaurants and shopping. The area seemed to be safe and secure as well.

View from the room was not great (city view) but there are probably better views from other rooms. The bathroom in very tiny. The walls are thin, so we could hear the neighbors around us arguing late into the night. Our mattress was not the most comfortable, had a hump in the middle, hard on the back. The pool and hot tub are really small for such a large hotel, but both were really nice and clean.

I had wonderful view of downtown Pittsburgh Room was very clean, comfortable and organized Keurig coffee and tea was a nice touch Front desk, concierge, and bell staff are really friendly and hospitable

Mattress was extremely saggy and not even minimally firm like I would expect at a Windham hotel. Please get new mattresses! No real food at this hotel. Dining options are extremely limited. I needed to find a snack to take some medicine at night and had to walk several blocks just to find this. Could not find a convenience store, Bodega or pharmacy nearby just to get a packaged snack like nuts.

Convenient to where we wanted to go and good access to transit and an easy walk to many places. Fast elevators and we had a nice (upgraded) view of the rivers .

An older hotel that showed signs of aging... The room smelled musty and was smaller than expected . We were woken up by housekeeping trying to get in to clean the room well before check out time . :( Valets weren’t that well versed on the transit system or directions to a restaurant in the strip district .

The lady that checked me in was super super nice. Told me the safe areas to be in while going to PNC stadium.

After I checked out my son came in to ask the cafe area lady if he could get some water in his water bottle for the road. Just tap water not buying any. She was rude and said “when we open” he said I can’t get just water from the sink she said again “when we open”. A security guard overheard it and gave my son two bottles of water. Very nice of the security guard to do. Very rude of the cafe lady. Don’t know her name but she has shaved hair on one side and longer on the other side. Come to think of it when I placed an order the day before the lady I dealt with wasn’t friendly either. She had long dark hair and lots of makeup. Apparently the cafe employees aren’t happy.

The location could not have been better. It was centrally located and walkable to the things we wanted to see and do, including restaurants. We had drinks in the evening and breakfast the next morning at the hotel and both were delicious. The staff were welcoming and very friendly.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything that could have been better. We did have friends who stayed on other floors that said there were dirty sheets in the halls when they arrived and were still there the next day.

Amazing view and location. We could see bridges, inclines, stadiums and all three rivers!! Its front door opens to Point State Park which is a sweet little park to walk around in. We walked everywhere we wanted to go...including the Acrisure Stadium, Market Square, the Strip District, and Dunesque Incline. Beds were comfy, staff was helpful.

We went during a HUGE conference so the lobby was always packed and loud, but that's not really the hotels fault...no big deal, it was quiet in our room. The pool concept was cool, but it was muggy inside, wish there was a way to open the windows.
