The location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

Booked a river view but didn't get a river view. Also had to pay $44 for parking.

I loved the location and there is a park directly in front of the facility. The Riverview was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean.

My check-in was not smooth. They tried to charge me double the price that I booked, and when I asked why? He told me that it was the taxes and that everyone always forgets about the taxes. They even tried to run my card for that amount, and my card declined, thank goodness. After getting a manager involved, the price was changed back to the original amount and the problem solved. So the check-in was uncomfortable and if it would have went through my account I would be waiting 7-10 business days to receive my funds back.

Close location to PNC park and good restaurants/bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful as always. Rooms are usually nice and clean.

Check in took longer than expected on Friday as the hotel was most likely close to full capacity. The room we received after long check had a moldy and musty smell. The carpet was wet for some reason and may have caused the odor. That room was very small as well. Had to go back down to lobby and get another room. Check in staffer was extremely helpful and put us in another room. That room was a little bigger and smelled much better. Friday night the line in the lobby to use the elevator was long and slow moving. 5 guest elevators and it took a long time to get on elevator. The biggest thing we didn't like was a lot rude and annoying guests in hotel for this stay.

The Hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bar area somewhat small but still acceptable and the location was ok. Of course being in a city you can expect everything to be somewhat more expensive, the valet parking for example at $44.00/night. But, overall, a good choice especially if you plan to go to the Steelers game within walking distance! I would definitely stay again., no complaints.

I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like., except maybe "city" prices but again to be expected. It was a nice place to stay, the staff very accommodating and attentive.

Perfect location - you literally can’t get any closer to the end of the GAP trail; also close to good restaurants, shopping, train station. Amazing view of the park and rivers from the pool area and from the rooms.

Some of the corners in the room and bathroom were scuffed up pretty bad and/or run down - could use some sprucing up. The elevator lobby and ice machine lobby on the 22nd floor had large chunks of warped/peeling wallpaper on the walls. The pool and hot tub are both rather small for the size of the hotel, and when I was there both were overrun by minimally supervised kids running and splashing around all over the place. I know the hotel can’t do much about that (apart from barring kids altogether from the pool or establishing no-kids hours), but it was pretty annoying when all I wanted to do was relax for a bit in the hot tub after being on the trail, and it was impossible to do so with all the children crowded in the hot tub and treating it like a swimming pool.

Had river view and it was a great view, huge window as well to look out of. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was as expected, had King size bed which was huge and comfortable. It's a bit dated but it's an old building and I don't get bothered by any of that because it was comfortable and clean. Plenty of elevators so never had to wait. Rooms were quiet, traffic/trains were a barely audible muffle and the rooms AC was great. Was really happy with my stay.

You are on the point which is good for the views but everything is a little bit of a walk if walking because you're on the edge of the city in a sense.

Location was great, very close to Acrisure stadium, walking distance less than five minutes across the bridge. Also close to the park where the three rivers meet. Nearby to restaurants and shopping. The area seemed to be safe and secure as well.

View from the room was not great (city view) but there are probably better views from other rooms. The bathroom in very tiny. The walls are thin, so we could hear the neighbors around us arguing late into the night. Our mattress was not the most comfortable, had a hump in the middle, hard on the back. The pool and hot tub are really small for such a large hotel, but both were really nice and clean.

I had wonderful view of downtown Pittsburgh Room was very clean, comfortable and organized Keurig coffee and tea was a nice touch Front desk, concierge, and bell staff are really friendly and hospitable

Mattress was extremely saggy and not even minimally firm like I would expect at a Windham hotel. Please get new mattresses! No real food at this hotel. Dining options are extremely limited. I needed to find a snack to take some medicine at night and had to walk several blocks just to find this. Could not find a convenience store, Bodega or pharmacy nearby just to get a packaged snack like nuts.

Room had a great view of rivers. Breakfast food and service were excellent. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is perfect for many Pittsburgh attractions including parks, river walks, museums, National Aviary, stadiums, and the Duquesne Incline.

Pool is small, easily crowded. Pool area was roasting hot in afternoon sun. Hot tub water was murky and felt unclean. Some hotel features seem due for an update.

Convenient to where we wanted to go and good access to transit and an easy walk to many places. Fast elevators and we had a nice (upgraded) view of the rivers .

An older hotel that showed signs of aging... The room smelled musty and was smaller than expected . We were woken up by housekeeping trying to get in to clean the room well before check out time . :( Valets weren’t that well versed on the transit system or directions to a restaurant in the strip district .
