The staff was very attentive and friendly. Julian was fabulous!

The "open" bathroom style is esthetically pleasing but noisy and lessens the users privacy. You can hear your hotel "mate"using the bathroom, brushing their teeth etc. This creates a lot of noise and disturbs the other person if sleeping or watching tv.

Everything about the experience was glorious! I inquired about upgrade options for my husband's birthday, but didn't get any replies besides the first message (offering cake, balloons, and bar vouchers), but there was a room upgrade, balloons, a special drink mix and breakfast voucher for us when we arrived! The room was stunning. We were so impressed by all of the small touches that were thought of (helpful, automatic lighting, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower, individual bottles if desired, easy housekeeping (one day we only needed towels and the next we were welcomed with a fully straightened room upon our return, and also the housekeeping staff was so sweet and obliging), room service (which honestly got messed up the first morning, but was handled beautifully), concierge, aesthetic, location, comfort, etc. I want blackout shades like the ones from our room. For real. I'm not sure we'll need to stay somewhere walkable like we wanted for his stay, in the future. But this is one of my favorite experiences. My husband is pleased, as well. Even though his Happy birthday card was addressed to my (unchanged) last name lol. Thank you so much for the terrific experience!

One of the elevators that shook every single time we used it (alone or with others). The sink faucet. That's literally the only things I didn't like.

I liked the decor of the room. The location in downtown was also convenient for business/ social activities.

I thought the price was too high. The room was small, and didn't have a separate living room section (or a second tv) to accommodate guests who may want to do different things simultaneously.

They are nice rooms. It was a little warm in there when I got there so glad we got to control our own temperature so I had the air conditioning on.

I didn’t like that you had to pay $45 to park car overnight on top of the cost of the room which was almost $300. I didn’t like the fact that you had no idea where the checking encounter was. And I also didn’t like that one of the elevators were down so it was hard to get elevators.

Location is wonderful. Walking distance to all of the stadiums and shopping. Prime and central to everything we wanted to do downtown.

Room had a small leak from the a/c and kept the floor a little damp by the bathroom door.

The room was comfortable and well appointed and equipped, although a little small. Enjoyed views of the city around us.

Would have loved a free breakfast option. Not crazy about the guild products in the bath, which have a strong scent.

We were there for a hockey game so the location was great. Staff were great, rooms were a nice size, especially the bathroom with lots of natural light. Close to the centre as well, lots of access to restaurants.

Nice atmosphere

Room needs attention. Bed had a metal piece of the frame sticking out, that was dangerously sharp. The tile in the bathroom needs attention. Rm 1012

Super friendly and helpful staff!! Beautiful and artsy, cozy and spacious room and relaxing lobby lounge.

Really nothing to dislike. The location is perfect For access to stadiums and to restaurants.
