This is a very modern hotel. The staff are very conscientious and sincere about making guests' stays as comfortable as possible. The location is close to a lot of attractions.

I missed it in the listing, but the parking is not included in the price. Even with the additional parking, the price is still very competitive.

This Comfort Inn was a newer hotel in an old neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of Downtown Pittsburgh, which was nearby but across the beautiful old bridges. It was only .7 mile away from the strip district and only half a mile away from northside attractions like the Andy Warhol museum. There were also some restaurants, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and bakery nearby. Breakfast included yogurt, scrambled eggs, and bacon as well as toast and cereal. There was a coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, and small refrigerator in the room. The staff was great, lending me a phone charger and giving restaurant recommendations.

We didn't have a problem. Some other comments mention the parking fee, but we've found we usually have to pay a parking fee at a city hotel, and $16 per day is a low price relative to other cities we've visited. You can avoid the parking fee by joining the comfort suites loyalty club.

Check In was very smooth. Chuck at front desk was very helpful giving info on the hotel and offering suggestions for dinner. I was somewhat surprised to learn he had no clue as to what the Hop On Hop Off bus was. We enjoyed the pool although there's no way it was heated as advertised. Room was clean and comfortable. Was walking distance to PNC Park where we were going to attend a Phillies/Pirates game.

Ran out of most food for breakfast on our 3rd day.

Location is perfect for going to the games, and walking to shops and places to eat. Friendly staff. Easy to get to. Ample parking.

The only things I can think of, is the hot water for showers could be hotter. Not a lot on TV, but that's ok.

Very conveniently located. Front desk at night was operated by security guards.

It needed those security guards. Fentanyl problem in the neighborhood. Came across someone seriously drugged when we re-entered the parking lot at night.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was limited and not fully stocked with products. The food was served in a small area which could be organized better to accommodate the amount of guests.

The location was super convenient for my plans in Pittsburgh, which mostly involved the North Shore and Downtown. In addition, the room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Signage. A sign announcing is is the Comfort Inn at street level on Ohio Street would be very helpful. As it is, depending on the approach one takes to the hotel, it is easy to pass right by it. (I don’t fault the hotel. It’s just strange corporate decided the only places the name would appear were way up above street level and a small, partially obstructed sign on a side street.

We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and were especially appreciative of the shuttle and the shuttle bus driver. She was so friendly and it was a critical piece of our having an amazing concert experience as we had two younger kids with us. The shuttle was the reason stayed at Comfort Inn and I would recommend for its shuttle service.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We were there with a soccer team and they accommodated the group, keeping them (and the coaches) all on the same floor.

I did not sleep well. The traffic noise outside was horrible. The people in the room next to me were playing music until around 2 am (I did not complain because I was by myself and did not want to face "retribution"). There was a bit of confusion at check in with the 7 rooms we reserved and later on that night, somehow they "double booked" the coaches room. They had to get new key cards.
