Food was adequate and the location was close enough to Pittsburgh to have a fairly short commute with low traffic. The rooms themselves were very well furnished and very specious for the price. The AC was effective and kept the rooms at a nearly perfect temperature.

The sign was difficult to see at night, so it made locating the hotel a bit difficult. In addition to that, at some point on my first night there, some kind of machine went off. This was very loud and woke me up. It only happened once, though.

Breakfast was good. Location was about 15-20 ish minutes away from Downtown Pittsburgh, which is convenient for Steelers games and going Downtown for dinner etc. Price was also pretty decent.

Sometimes the elevators would make some questionable noises or feel off, but it was always good.

Some scam about having to pay for parking. Claims don't own parking area????!!! Stayed many times before never had to pay parking in addition to room rate! Will never stay here again due to this crazy money making add on. Hotel was fine. Parking...!!!?????

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. I stayed at the Hyatt Place for one night due to a flight out for Christmas. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled and came back a little before 4am. Even in the middle of the night the gentleman mopping the floors was friendly and we had a great conversation. The winter storm made was so cold and the atmosphere of the Hyatt and the temperature of the room warmed me up. From the checkin process to the housekeeping, everything was impeccable. The staff were 10/10.

My only criticism were the bottle of water next to the bed that had a price tag of $5. You would think a $150 night would include a bottle of water… felt like an embarrassing money grab. Other than that, well done Hyatt Place. I will recommend to stay here but to bring your own water.

The breakfast was really good and the location is very convenient, close to the airport and to the Mall. It is one of my favorite places to stay in Pittsburgh.

There is no guest laundry facilities. When we stay for more than a couple of days it is important to have such facilities.

Rooms where very clean. The workers was very friendly And helpful. At breakfast the waffle batter was empty they came and changed it right away and they cleaned off the table when it was dirty.

The breakfast wasn't that good. We didnt care for it.

The exterior was run down. Felt like we were in a back alley and that it was not that safe.

The location was perfect. There is plenty to do and eat in the area. The room was spacious. The bar was nice and surprisingly cheaper than I assumed it'd be. The breakfast was great. I think my favorite was the shower had great water pressure, it's the little things.

Great property, great location. Breakfast was awesome. We were in town celebrating our wedding anniversary and staff wrote us a beautiful card and added a few things to our room to make our stay extra special.
