We've stayed at this location every time we've visited Pittsburgh and have never been disappointed. We arrived on Thursday and after going to our room realized the AC in our room wasn't working properly. The gentleman at the desk, very quickly offered us another room on the same floor as our daughter who was in the room across from us originally. While she is older, it was nice that we were still on the same floor as her.

Sunday morning offered very little selection of milk, yogurt, and fruit. While this was not the hotels fault, it would have been nice to see some control over the breakfast area. Many guests were taking plates upon plates back to their room every morning and emptying the milk and yogurt selection daily. We also didn't like that we didn't see housekeeping visit our room at all over our 3 night stay. We understand most places are cutting back on this service for short stays unless you request it, but even having someone just ask if we needed towels would have been nice.

The hotel location is convenient, 10 minutes from airport and 20-30 minutes from downtown (without traffic), the staff are very friendly and courteous and helpful, the room is HUGE and i was positively surprised with the size, the rooms are clean and tidy and give good energy, i was placed in a calm room on a calm floor as requested.

the tub drain was not working and i had to shower in a tub that filled up so fast the coffee can be better the breakfast options and variety can be a little richer and more appetizing. for instance, consider including chocolate spread for the pancakes

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable which ensured a restful night's sleep. The room had spotlessly clean linens and fresh towels. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Value for money - you get much more than you pay for. There were no unpleasant odors in the room, everything was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and carefree vacation.

My daughter and I stayed here when our hometown was experiencing an inordinate amount of water line breaks, resulting in twelve days without water. We had tickets to the Benedum Center, so we made a weekend of it. I booked online, which made check-in easy. The front desk person was very personable and informative.

The bathroom could use a little love. The faucet was very hard to turn, but we got working.

This will now be my go-to hotel for any stays in Pittsburgh in which I am flying out of the airport! The front desk staff was so nice and friendly, the room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast options were really amazing! Prior to now, we usually stayed at a La Quinta due to the park and fly option, but will never go back there again.

Nothing! All was really great.

The breakfast was amazing. Our boys went back for thirds! The buffet was always full and the staff was amazingly kind and smiley, even with a hotel full of us hippies. The agent who checked us in was super patient (as Booking had transposed my first and last name, so we needed to figure that out), and had a really great sense of humor. The room was large and well-appointed, and we wished we could have stayed additional days.

The beds were definitely not as comfortable as they looked, but they appeared clean and we slept okay. I wish there were nightstands on both sides of the beds, though!

The staff was very friendly and ready to assist in making our stay comfortable. Breakfast was served hot and ready on time or earlier all five days of our stay. The room was spacious and clean, beds all in poofy white. However, the beds set rather high for people who are under 5'6".

The pool wasn't open even though some days were hot. I heard a prior group of guests had made a mess of things during their stay. The beds set rather high for us not so tall people making sitting on the side of the bed uncomfortable.

We were able to make a same day reservation. It was close to the airport. Our suite was pretty large and the bedroom has a door (so I can go to sleep while others stay up and watch TV). We did not feel unsafe there.

The hotel looks a little run down (in need of updates). There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. Our room was not entirely clean - there was a piece of trash in the bedsheets (like the corner of a food wrapper or something) and there was hair in the tub. But the room wasn’t gross and it didn’t smell bad.

We had a queen suite and the size was perfect. Loved having the seating area separate from the beds. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and we liked that it was different on both days we were there.

That ice and vending were only located on the first floor on the other side of the hotel, and we were on the 3rd floor.

I especially liked the bed sheets. They felt good next to my exceptionally dry skin. It’s unusual to find that caliber of bedding in a budget hotel. The fireplace and gazebo were nice features that I didn’t expect.

The breakfast, while plentiful, lacked low-carb high-protein choices.
