Staff was great! Special shout out to Jill and Chickie, who went the extra mile to be welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Jill helped us with recommendations for food and activities. (Great little Italian Restaurant “Valentours” about 15 min away, pierogi pizza at Country Style Pizza, and Raccoon Creek State Park to beat the heat!). Chickie made a delicious breakfast both days with choices ranging from cinnamon bread French toast and basted eggs to sausage, hash browns, and freshly baked blueberry scones hot out of the oven. Both ladies made sure we had a great stay, and were genuinely nice people. Everything was clean and convenient, check in was seamless, coffee was delicious and available all day. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The hotel location is great and central to every spot that my family and I visited. Stephanie and Debbie at the front desk were super helpful and friendly ,Stephanie especially made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped into the premises. The cleaners were always bringing in fresh towels and were always coming around to clean and refresh the room...Kudos to them! Overall, our experience was nice ,this would be the 1st hotel in a very long while that ticked most of the boxes for our needs and stay. I 100000% recommend this place and of course we got value for the money spent!

In terms of the breakfast, I wasn't so into it, but my kids loved it, so that should count for something. Yet to get a copy of my receipt, though, as I like to always keep this for my records.

We stayed the hotel over the weekend d for a sports event for my child in the city, and had a great experience! The facilities and our room were very clean, and all staff were professional and welcoming. They seemed genuinely happy to be working there, which really showed in their excellent customer service. Although we had to drive into the city, the hotel’s location was very convenient, with many stores nearby. The cost of our stay was well worth the overall experience. We would definitely come back!

Breakfast was great, attendants were so kind and very helpful. Hotel was very clean, breakfast area was clean. Room was beautiful and very clean, loved the free popcorn in the room! Beds were very comfy. Love the Dove products in the shower! Was "Fully booked" but never heard any other guests while sleeping. Close enough to Pittsburgh Steelers Stadium. Staff was very friendly. Many areas to "hang out", other than the room. Lobby area, and the back patio area were very clean and nice. Workout room was great, very clean and equipment seemed newer.

The pool area was the only spot I felt like needed attention. The water looked dirty, but I think it was more the pool needed painted/cleaned. My son (13) still had a blast in it. The entire hotel looks so fresh and renovated, then the pool area just kind of looked dingy. He still had the best time with it. I did not get in.

The bed was very comfortable, TV was huge, the shower was large as well. Everything was modern and clean. Staff were super friendly.

One of the staff members accidentally charged my personal card instead of the third party website that I booked through, however, as soon as I noticed the charge on my card and made the phone call in about it everyone I have spoken to has been super friendly, respectful, courteous, and helpful to work with me to resolve the issue. Accidents happen.

The King Suite we stayed in was exceptional. The shower, the bedding, the thoughtful lighting for people whose eyes might lack the acuity they once had:) and the safety of the FREE parking accommodations. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was top notch and very personable and professional. Honestly, I would've stayed longer if I'd had the chance. What a welcome respite after visiting NYC and its dirty streets and accommodations.

Honestly, I was really impressed with this location. I can't identify any flaws. I told my daughter, "If only your New York City apartment was as nice as this hotel, I'd recommend you to never leave.

I came to Pgh because my favorite uncle was in the final stages of his battle with pancreatic cancer. The LAST thing that I needed to encounter was a disgruntled worker who didn't feel like doing her job! I'M SO GRATEFUL TO GOD THAT WASN'T THE CASE AT THIS REMARKABLE HOTEL!!!!! I'm a Pgh native so the Robinson area was always one of my favorite spots away from the city. Staybridge is the areas BEST KEPT SECRET! From the time that I entered the hotel, I was pleasantly greeted by a long-haired, beautiful, redhead cutie! Her co-worker, Stephanie, had the most AMAZING sense of humor and empathetic spirit! MY GOD!! I haven't forgotten their hospitality! Mrs. Sandra and those DELICIOUS breakfasts had me up early every morning! She was so genuinely kind, and I felt so welcomed, like family! The GM had such a great sense of humor and was also so hospitable; rightfully so because I found out Mrs. Sandra was his Mama!!! She raised him well!! The room was so peaceful and conveniently located on the first floor. There was even DOVE shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion!!! DOVE THO!!!!!!!!!! On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, they have a social hour, which allowed me to free my mind at least for a moment. I was so pleased with the accessibility, comfortability, and hospitality that I decided to stay an additional day as I knew my uncle was at his end. Nevertheless, when my stay was over and I was headed back to NC, I received the call that my favorite uncle had joined The Lord. Staybridge staff, Words can not express how grateful I am for the peace of mind that I had during my stay at such a chaotic and painful time. Stephanie, YOU'RE AN ABSOLUTE GEM! Mrs.Sandra, thank you for making me feel so welcome every morning. EVERY TIME I return for a visit, there is no other place I'd rather be!

That I couldn't stay longer!

All of the front desk staff were helpful, especially Stephanie. The room was clean and breakfast was great! The pool was clean and never crowded. They didn't have a room with a king bed as I'd booked, but offered to switch us out as it became available. We were fine with the two queen room. And they had Morning Star sausage one of the days! It's hard finding hotels that serve it!

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Service was excellent from staff at desk to those preparing breakfast. Best breakfast in hotel! My husband accidentally left his hearing aides in the room at departure and the lady who cleans had taken them to the desk so we could be called. So grateful for her service and honesty! Will use Staybridge in future .
