- breakfast was much better than most other hotels... good variety, and the staff kept replenishing things as soon as they disappeared. Good quality food, too. - pool was nice! It's not heated, but we were aware as it was not advertised to be. It didn't take long to adjust to the temp, and once we did, it felt great! - absolutely love that they have the tap cards compared to swipe cards for room entry - room service available - TV has a ton of channels and good signal

- ice bucket in the room was busted, so it didn't keep ice solid for too long.. but it served its purpose (just needed to make a few extra trips to the ice machine.. not a big deal) - when AC ran, there was a slight odor to it.. nothing significant. Everyone is still alive, lol

Breakfast was fine and nice variety of food selections. However, area was very small and with a conference crowd there it was hard to get a table till some of the conference people left. The staff was new and did not know the surrounding with local area and could not help, another guest did help.

The shower had no where to hold soap or wash cloth and lip of shower stall was not high enough to keep shower water from going on bathroom floor could easily be a slipping hazard and possible fall. I was a former safety inspector for the USAF.

Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the options because I considered a continental breakfast to be just bagels and muffins but there were belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, bagels, and muffins. Front desk staff who checked us in (Denise) was very nice and helpful and other staff was pleasant, smiling, and kind. An easy 15 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Nice area and we felt safe. There is no restaurant or bar but there is a Marriott next door so we just walked over there for dinner and drinks. Also a Dunkin Donuts right next door. If you are traveling to Pittsburgh, you will not find a better value. We will definitely stay here again.

Water pressure in the shower fluctuated quite a bit but that is pretty much the norm in most hotels.

The bedding was crisp and clean. The room itself smelled neutral and clean. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. There was decaf coffee available.

The outlets in the light fixtures next to the bed were so loose and wobbly they didn't function for charging our phones. There were a couple of ants in the room The AC unit dial was broken so we couldn't really control the unit properly. It ended up being comfortable enough.

Very nice hotel for economy prices, breakfast is decent food, the free airport shuttle bus is great. The Marriott across the street is $200+ a night, Comfort suites is usually $120 a night and I don't see much difference between the two, Comfort Suites is a great hotel at a good value.

If I was going to be picky or fussy, the swimming pool isn't heated, it's freezing sometimes lol 😆 that's about it, this hotel is very nice 🙂

Airport shuttle is easy and convenient to the airport. Breakfast was good, waffle maker, muffins, sausage and eggs, etc. Swimming pool was open til 10 pm for after dinner swimming

Stayed two nights but room never received maid service. Had to take extra towels from swimming pool area for our showers next day. Could've used extra trash bag for gathering up take out food boxes.

The location is close to a big mall with nice restaurants. The hotel offered breakfast but we didn't have time to check it out. The biggest reason for picking this hotel was the price of the room, the free shuttle to the airport, and cheap paid parking at the hotel while we were out town. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The shower could use some updating. The parking area that we had to park in for overnight parking was pointed toward a busy road and our vehicle windows were dirty when we returned from our trip but that is not the hotel's fault.

The breakfast options and coffee service were very satisfying. The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable. We will recommend to family and friends. We hope to be back soon!

No complaints. Everything was great!

Friendly staff, room was clean, free parking, free breakfast.

Breakfast options were very limited, no vending machines, prices of snacks in the lobby were ridiculous, $4 for a regular size bag of Skittles, etc.

Traveling with young children, the pool was awesome … I just didn’t understand the extra $3.89 charge we had to pay on Sat ( other party that check in on Friday did not )
