Huge room with separate dining/living area from bedroom area. Dressing area outside of the bathroom was great. Nice kitchen with full size fridge. Numerous windows overlooking different areas of the property due to the unique layout of the rooms. Property was wooded and away from the highways, so it was quiet but was still in the middle of everything. We had a wheelchair user in a regular room, and she had tons of room to move around.

Nothing. It was clean and updated, and the beds were comfy. It was great!

I liked the fitness center. Good quality equipment and varied pieces. Nice breakfast.

I had the suite. I wished it had a pocket door separating bathroom from bedroom. I really did not like that the shower did not have soap on the shower wall. It did have shampoo and cream rinse handing. It did have shampoo and conditioner. There was a bar soap in the sink area that I could not reach in the shower. The bathroom mirror was hung to low to sink. Awkward washing hands.

Stayed here for a few days while visiting the ‘Burg. It is a few miles outside of downtown, but the facility was a very good value and worth the short drive time into town. The hotel was very clean. It has one of the best breakfast of any place I’ve ever stayed at, and was well serviced. The property Is also close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. But the thing I want to comment on most positively, is the staff. Very helpful, very friendly. Will definitely stay here again, and can heartily recommend.

Liked the fact that our breakfast was included but would have liked to see more variety in the choices. We had the same selection two days in a row. Adding a bacon selection and or bagels would be a nice switch .

A little loud due to airport proximity , but it’s a double edged sword since airport proximity is a plus as well.

Contactless check-in and out were very easy, room was ready 1 hour before check-in (which was a huge help when traveling with kids), very responsive and friendly staff, nice room, delicious breakfast, nice pool.

Short towels & bedding in the room,but resolved very quickly once the staff was notified. Sofa sleeper was a bit uncomfortable, but better than other hotels brands that we've stayed at.

Pool was good. Room was really nice. Staff was great. Even the in-house shop was reasonably priced. Easy to charge to room. They offer room service! Room had a real ceiling fan.

While only 10 miles away, it's 25+ minutes to the city on a good day. On the way to check in, we were with 15 miles of the hotel for nearly an hour as a result of traffic. Used UBER to get back and forth to save gas. It's much more challenging to get in and out of the city than anticipated. Pool area didn't keep towels in stock- had to request each time we went.

Just clean the front door area a little better of snow. hard to roll suite cases thru some snow. But not a bad area just wish a little cleaner at front of parking entrance.

Breakfast and room size were good. The value of the money spent was accetable.

The bathroom and sink were not completely clean prior to entering the room. The covers on the bed were a little dirty. The bed was too soft, not very comfortable.

Quiet. Clean. Great location for shopping and travelling around the area.

BBQ’s we’re right underneath the clothes dryers that spewed lint and hot steamy air from them towards me while I used the bbq. Also BBQ’s we’re in poor working order (missing nobs to control the natural gas temperature, out of the two bbq only one was actually working). The couch in our room is soiled terribly that should be replaced or deeply cleaned.

I would like to make special mention of the gentleman at the front desk who registered us and gave us helpful information upon our arrival. Excellent customer service. Also to the people putting out the breakfast very professional and courteous. We love coming to Homewood Suites.
