Parking at hotel. Bar/eatery with plenty of seating. Separate seating area with library. Rooms comfortable, nice setup. Bathroom spacious.

When we got to the hotel our Booking.com reservation hadn't made it to the hotel.

your man at your restaurant was very friendly, He was getting ready too count his drawer, I asked for a cookie and coffee,and he happily got it for me. Also one of the ladies behind the desk was very friendly when I asked about places too eat nearby

I did not like the way the room was set up. Most of the time the TV is in front of the bed, this one was off too the side. If I could of pulled the slide the Tv was on out farther it would of been better

We had an unasked for handicapped room but it was fine. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby coffee bar was a bonus. Kind and accommodating staff greatly appreciated. The location was perfect.

nitpicking: would have been nice to have free breakfast or shuttle to the airport.

Quiet and safe neighborhood just almost less than 30 mins away from the super busy Pitt.

I hope there was a microwave in the room or common area in the floor for those who will need a reheated food/soup on a winter time. Esp if you have young people with you travelling.

I loved the location away from major traffic but still great distance to Pittsburg and major landmarks!

Pool was closed for maintenance Sunday morning which is understandable but the kids were bummed. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Wish there was continental breakfast

My friend and I had trouble with the shower. We called the front desk and a nice gal arrived in a few minutes to turn it on, and then later, to shut it off since both of us had a broken wrist.

I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel that charged eight dollars to your room for two cups of coffee..Very strange and barely no amenities in the bathrooms

The place was awesome! Clean, super friendly staff and close to everything we wanted to do. This was my 2nd stay and I hope not my last. I highly recommend it 👌

I have no complaints at all

The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. It is a 30 min ride to Pitt (in traffic) but quality of hotel is so much better than any other hotel I stayed in around campus, parking is free, and plenty of stores and restaurants around. I will continue staying here for my future visits.

I asked for fresh towels and we never got them - not a big deal and I could have asked again.
