all staff that I encountered were pleasant and kind. loved the pool, loved the location being close to dinning and grocery stores to accommodate family travel.

only dislike was that the hot tub wasn't operating and I was really looking forward to that. no other complaints

Location is convenient and by all the shops in the area. Staff was consistently friendly. Hotel itself was clean. Was always space in the parking lot.

Room felt a little dated and the A/C unit seemed to never stay quiet. Pool area wasn't in service but you could go to the hotel next door and use theirs. Breakfast was light and they could have used another waffle maker as a line formed for the one they did have.

The room was very clean and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfy and clean. The staff were very accommodating and let us do an early check in. Breakfast was simple but yummy

The pool was under construction but they had a near by pool at the other hotl to use. Our toilet flush handle was not fully attached but it did still work.

Was able to check in early. The room was super clean and had great amenities. The location was convient to Pittsburgh and it was located in a great place with lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The free breakfast was also fantastic!!

That the jets in the hottub didn't work. 2 days at a cheer comp I definitely needed those jets to work.

The layout of the room was nice, great storage, a microwave, fridge, plenty of lighting. Place felt new and clean

That the township requires you to pay for parking but that is not the hotel's fault.

Room was clean and the hotel is close to the airport with a shuttle that drops you off which was very convenient.

Power went out while we were there and the room got hot but it was restored fairly quickly.

Close to the airport. Great shuttle and driver. Morning desk woman was very nice and helpful.

Evening desk guy was not really into it.

Room was spotlessly clean and fresh; very comfy bed and pillows great; breakfast good. Cindy, who was on the desk when I checked in, was very friendly and graciously offered suggestions for dinner.

all hotels need to make it quite after 10 pm loud people in the hallways make it hard to sleep
