The room is a good size, ac works great, nice having a microwave and refrig in the room, nice having breakfast each morning, and staff is very friendly.

We are disappointed in our room. (1) I asked for handicapped accessible and there is nothing but a safety bar in the tub. Most of the time at hotels, it means a walk in shower. It is extremely difficult to climb in and out of tubs as an older person, even with a safety bar. (2) Also, the toilet is very low and there is no safety bar on the wall to help you get up and down. I literally have to bring my walker into the bathroom to assist me getting up and down. The toilet paper holder looks like it's ready to fall off the wall. And the wall is very dirty. (3) Our view out the window is a big wall, no view of the pretty river. I was sick today and spent most of the day in my room, staring at a wall! So sad!

The location was amazing by the river! The staff were outstanding and very friendly to talk to as well. All the amenities that you need are right across the road, from shopping, restaurants, Costco, and gas stations. Everything was super close and convenient for our stay! Only 20 mins outside of downtown Pittsburgh, so it was easy to get around.

We only had a few minor issues with our room, such as the door latch (was temporarily repaired), the bathtub drain stopper needed repair to give our daughter a bath and lastly, the pillows provided were not that comfortable (very flat), but that's more a personal preference. Other than those minor things, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family who wish to visit Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas.

We had a river view and the way the sun hit the trees across the river was breath taking. I will stay here again. Breakfast was delicious. Also, there is much to do on the waterfront and one can walk over there, shop and or eat at a variety of places. I would like to shout out to one employee Madison. She is a gem!

Nothing to say here. I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the river view. Being from Pittsburgh, I didn't think it would be so nice.

Clean, Good Location, Great Staff. Breakfast was good and had a wonderful selection and good service. POOL HOURS DISAPPOINTING!

I was very disappointed with the pool hours. I had planned this visit to take children for a fun overnight while doing other things in Pittsbugh. I had called ahead of time and was told the pool hours were 8am-10pm. Upon arrival at check in was told pool hours were 9am-7pm strictly enforced . With having other commitments we only had an hour each day to use the pool. There were many other families extremely disappointed too. As many were busy during the day and planning to swim in the evening. One family had booked a room for a girls birthday.I could understand if a lifeguard was being paid but swimming was at your own risk. I may have made other arrangements if I had been told of the pool hours change in advance, I had called and specifically asked the times.

The view from our room of the water was great! Plus the seating area and fire place outside by the water was nice and a great way to end the night. It's within walking distance of plenty of things to do in the area. We honestly had the best day/night while staying here!

The only negative I really have is that the pillows weren't the best (however the bed itself is comfortable). The people working the front desk could have been a little better, it felt like we interrupted their hang out session when we walked it. But everything went smoothly and we had zero issues other than that!

Great breakfast grandkids loved the pool

Checked in Thursday 6/7 the person at the check in desk a large man was rude no personality Checked in with my grandkids spent all day at kennywood made the mistake of asking if they had a lounge so i can have a beer because i did not see the fridge it made him angry he had to walk over to show me luckily my grandkids were there otherwise may have gotten ugly don't appreciate being made a fool otherwise we had a good time

The location and river view was amazing. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

A clock or alarm clock and hangers in the closet would have been a nice touch. There were no foot towels for the shower.

No ice machine and only one small trash can in the bathroom. Could have used a larger one or have a trash can in the room and bathroom. I was there for 3 nights and the trash can got pretty full.

The location is amazing. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The hotel staff were the best part of the stay. They were extremely professional and kind. The gentleman that worked the desk during our check in went above and beyond to help us!

Waterfront and very accessible to restaurants and activities.

I requested handicap accessible room because I had my 2 elderly parents with me and room was definitely not handicap accessible. Also room a/c didn't seem very cool...
