After traveling extra hours after the first booked hotel was found to be out of business, a place of respite from frustrations of dealing with booking.com to address a hotel out of business yet booked and confirmed by the company. Insult to injury after price match verbal guaranty the o/s hotel charged my account, and the next hotel was over 300$ more and that has been charged to my account. Its been a week and not a word from booking.com on getting these matters straightened out.

Property was satisfactory

The bed was comfortable but I use more firm pillows so I used the throw pillows off of the couch and was fine.

We found black hairs around the bathroom floor so it had not been swept/mopped prior to us arriving. We were supposed to have a king sized bed and it was more like a queen size. For $225 I feel we were a bit cheated this time....

Only problem was bistro was down when we were there, so had to go out for breakfast, other than that great place and location!

I'd like the closeness to the ballpark we went to a Pittsburgh ball game. I like staying at the Marriott facilities this one could use a little bit of updating some of the facility needs needs new furniture. We still enjoyed our stay the staff was very friendly they were great to us. The Whirlpool was not working and the pool needed to be heated. They did get the world pool working while we were there it was very nice of them to accommodate us oneat us one getting it working I really appreciate that they went over and above the duty to get that working. All in all it was a very nice day agaif I stay again some of the facility could be updated I know with having the covid things are slowly getting back into shape but I've stayed at other Marriott's where the facility was in better shape. Thanks again to the staff at this hotel they were very accommodating in every manner.

The only thing again that I didn't like it could have been a little bit more updated a freshness put to it paint other little things that I know that have been overlooked since covid and hopefully and slowly the Marriott corporation will be updating their hotels I stayed at Marriott facilities that were in better shape newly updated. Thanks again though to the staff and the people that worked there they were just great

The the balcony suite was very nice. We watched the boats go down the river.

The person working the bistro was a little rude. She was out of a lot of things. We understand that, but she wasn’t very nice telling us what she had and did not have.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable and spacious, the pool was very nice and relaxing.

When I checked in they did not give me the room I reserved online. The two queen beds with the sleeper sofa. But Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I that room for my 2 night stay. He personally went to go check out three rooms to see if they were going to accommodate our family. He even provided me with plenty of extra blankets and pillows for our stay.

I don't like the fact you can't just call the hotel and make reservations anymore. Have to make them thru third party sites. And the Conformation numbers the third parry sites five you do not match up with the Conformation num ers the hotels need. You have to call the third party site and ask for the confirmation number associated with the hotel.

We visit this hotel 3-4 times a year with our oldest grandson. He is autistic and loves the hotel and local Dave and Busters. The staff is always very pleasant. This past visit "Miss Rita" at the front desk went above and beyond to communicate with our grandson. Although we are usually only here 1 night when we travel, we have always been very pleased with our stay. Looking forward to our next visit in the summer...this time we plan a longer visit!

////We faced the Monongahela River. The window view allowed us to see Tug Boats pushing barges along river. Very clean rooms and with a couch to sit in as well.
