I booked through booking.com. When I tried to check in, the VCC number booking.com provided was invalid. Jyn at the front desk explained that I would need to call them. They asked for the confirmation number, which I did not have handy, Jyn wrote it down for me. Then, as I was waiting on hold, my phone was dying (1% left). Jyn to the rescue, he dug out a charging cord and plugged it in so I could charge my phone. He was AMAZING. Customer service in this day is non existent, but Jyn went above and beyond to help me with a problem he had no part in. He is a great asset to this company. The hotel is being renovated. My room was VERY clean, well maintained and comfortable. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when in the area.

Nice clean room, great shower, the heated mirror was a nice touch! Loved the waffle maker! Although yogurt would have been better than pudding for breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

Brought my dvd player and firestick and both would not stay connected to the TV. Kinda annoying.

Room was clean , had everything you'd need . Nice big bed that was comfy. Room was large in size . Nice big bathroom with a bath tub. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a breakfast included. Everything worked as it should. I definitely would stay again. Room deposit was returned quickly.

Honestly, I can't say one negative thing. Overall great experience.

Breakfast was sufficient. It was a little out of the way but that turned out to be an advantage when I left the Pittsburgh area. I choose the hotel because it matches the price I wanted to pay. When travelling the idea is to spend as little time there as possible.

It was a great value. The breakfast was good here compared to other Super 8 motels that I have stayed at and the staff was friendly. It was close proximity to a Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee and about a mile from a Sheetz.

Upon arrival I thought it was fairly clean however after being there I noticed several unclean items. Plugging my phone in I found build up dirt behind the cabinet. There was stuff on the door and walls like something had exploded and ran down the walls. Overall it wasn’t filthy and I would stay again; I just think it could use a “deep clean”. The bedding and carpets were clean.

breakfast pretty much picked over when I got up but looked to be a variety available. Beds were super comfy. Quiet until morning wake ups. Hotel itself appeared to have been updated (new carpet, paint) recently.

Room could have been vacuumed better and some touch ups done. (there was a small hole in the wall) GPS took me on back roads to get to hotel when it is basically right off 22. But for the money spent and for only 1 night was good enough for me.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the amenities were outstanding for the price. You truly get more than what you pay for here. It's the best place around for a quick, affordable stay. Highly recommended! The front desk guy is very helpful!!

We arrived in Murrysville at 1:00 pm and stopped at the hotel to see if we were able to check in. The room was ready but because check in isn’t until 3:00, we could pay a fee of $10 to check in early. Hell no. We said no and went shopping for a few hours til we could check in.

It was clean and comfortable

I did not see that these were double beds, I was expecting 2 queen beds because we were a family of four. But the beds were small. Nonetheless, we were tired and slept peacefully.
