I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a wonderful front desk experience! Chrissy was so kind & personable & when we were checking out the following morning, she remembered that we were there for my daughter’s baby shower & asked how it was, wished my daughter good luck, said she had grandchildren, etc. She was incredibly sweet & it warmed our hearts! The evening front desk person was also very kind & helpful. What a great staff at the Harmarville Hampton!

The area was nice was surrounded by stores and restaurants which made it convenient.

I didn't like that check in was supposed to be 3pm and when arrived after 4pm was told my rooms wouldn't be ready for another 45 mins. Thought it was also pricey. Even though nice wasn't worth 615 dollars for one night for two rooms.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. They are very pet friendly and have a designated area to walk dogs with supplies for clean up. They have a beautiful pool and exercise room. The breakfasts were good. It is a great location, just off the turnpike and close to Rt 28.

We had a problem working the TV remote. The off button turned it on. Once we figured it out, it was okay.

Staff was great. Rooms very clean. Comfortable beds and especially the pillows.

There was a perfumey scent in the room that gave me a bit of a headache (but, I'm very sensitive to strong scents). I think it may have been from laundry detergent/fabric softener used. A little pricey for location. Hotels in downtown Pittsburgh are cheaper.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My husband had surgery, right down the road, and this location was so convenient to everything. The staff was nice, and there was a free buffet breakfast in the morning.

I wouldn't change anything.

It's a great location in terms of proximity to my company's Pittsburgh office. The staff was very pleasant and the room was super clean. Also, the cooling system kept the temperature very consistent throughout the night and it was very quiet.

Gluten-free breakfast options are few. A GF pastry/muffin option would be nice or at least available for the asking. As a side note, the approach to the hotel from the west via the adjoining parking lot is sketchy. The lack of painted lines makes it confusing and the lot is in poor condition with patches of overgrowth. Totally unfitting with Hampton Inn's well kept grounds.

Staff was nice (very accommodating) and breakfast was awesome.

Room was clean, but very obvious someone smoked in there. We notified front desk, but we were unable to switch rooms, so I bought air freshener for it. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. And $50 pet fee when surrounding hotels were only $15?!

All around it was a great experience. Pleasant and helpful staff, perfect location, and a spotless, comfortable room. The items included with the breakfast were flavorful and filling.

That I didn't have longer to stay.

The front desk staff was amazing! Especially Amy. Loved sitting outside and relaxing. Played on putting green. Grandkids loved it there. Good bfast!

The coffee pots in the evening were cold. Hot water was hot. Bfast juice was not real juice. Small things but we loved it overall.

Nice, large, quiet room with a decently comfy bed. Awesome shower with great water pressure! Great location with a Sheetz and Starbucks and a few other restaurants right there.

As soon as I woke up I could smell that someone was either smoking or vaping marijuanna in a nearby room.
