Clean, quiet and comfortable. Decent breakfast options. Connected to fitness center, if you're into that. Walking distance to various restaurants. Good sized room.

You're forced to use the parking garage but they do not validate. Other hotels I've stayed at that use a garage setup typically DO. If you plan on doing something everyday of your stay, you'll have to hand over an additional $16/day for overnight parking. Just be aware and plan for this. If you don't leave at all then it'll just be a flat $16, which, in that particular case, isn't terrible. While the room was comfortable and spacious, the layout was a bit strange.

The fact that it was advertising that it had a swimming pool in the building instead of making it know that it's connected to l a fitness, and that's where the gym is and the pool. So they need to change their website because they're still showing that they have a pool and a gym inside the facility. Also, it's also advertising that breakfast is from 7 AM until 11. It's only from 6 to 930.

I liked that the hotel was in a safe area and that our room, although on the lobby floor, was quiet and clean! I also liked the free coffee and bottles of water while there.

For the really expensive cost ($800 for two nights), I was disappointed. The cost was extreme in my opinion. For that cost, I would expect a bit more - free parking, a better breakfast selection, a bigger lobby area, maybe two TVs, nicer pillows.

guests can use LA Fitness (adjacent to the hotel) for free during their stay. which is a big plus for me. However, LA fitness opens from 8am to 6pm only during my stay. Would be nice if it can have longer hours. The hotel is very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and parking is super easy (and free during my stay).

I liked the location, parking was a little rough for unloading, but we made it work. The staff was very friendly, and I LOVE the idea of the bottled water in the lobby. Especially on the hot days, as you heading out to do an activity.

Not sure if I have an answer for this, I truly believe we enjoyed everything.

Breakfast was better than typical hotel breakfast with several hot options. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the fact that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms.

Paying for parking (hotel could give voucher). Air conditioner in our room (423) made periodic distressing noises that woke us up throughout the might.

Location and staff were awesome.

The bed skirt was filthy. It had what looked like dried blood on the bed skirt. Under the bed needs a good vacuuming and the shower floor needs a thorough cleaning. The wall near the night stand also had weird staining. Room 308

The location is perfect. We would like to express our thanks to the front desk staff Tarina. She js very nice, helpful and accommodating.

We stayed for 3 nights but the housekeeping did not clean or vacuum the floor.

It was top notch in a fantastic location and everything we needed in close proximity. Staff was excellent. Rooms very high end. Definitely will be going back. The breakfast was good. The rooftop area great. Nothing bad to be spoken.

We liked everything! Location was amazing! Lots of dining options right across from the hotel. Breakfast every morning. Walking distance to Target. Accessible by Public Transportation. Loved the spacious Room. It was perfect to spend time with my family watching Christmas movies.
