Location was great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was very small. We needed clean towels and wash rags. We were told you had to bring the dirty ones to the desk in order to get new ones. Even though they don’t have room service, it would be nice to have a place that they could collect your trash.

The pillows were like e flattened pancakes. Did not understand if we were responsible for stripping our bedding and bringing all laundry down the hall along with our trash. I took the trash but left the towels etc.

Extremely close to Shree Venkateshwara temple. Excellent front desk staff - Amber (I hope I got her name right). -was very helpful.. had forgotten chargers / electronic item in room while check out in a rush. She had collected and kept the items safe.

Very nice room and overall had a very nice stay. Very clean and everything worked prperly. I would stay there again.

The breakfast is very sub standard. Packaged muffins and granola bar and coffee. No juice option or fruit. We had to go and buy our own breakfast. The location is a little awkward to get to.

Great location, central to the U S Open in town. Easy access to nearby restaurants. Pleasant room, quiet, comfortable. Liked the studio atmosphere, plenty of room in refrigerator freezer for ice brought with me.

Travel through Pittsburgh was busy, took extra time.

Peaceful and have everything I need to feel home away from home!

The key cards sometimes just deactivate and you have to go thru the extra to get another one in get into your room or hotel, but the privacy and peace of mind after a long work night, the comfortablity you feel is amazing and nearby everything. So the good out way the bad by far!!

Staffs very friendly & rooms very clean

We kept on getting locked out from our rooms constantly. I requesedt for the 2rooms to be close to one another it wasn't. My kids had to sleep on the 2nd floor while my wife & I our room was in 1st floor. My request was not honored I was disappointed in that.

Location was very convenient!

Breakfast was three kinds of coffee and packaged oatmeal only, we were let down a bit. Not much ventilation if you are cooking in your room, we were scared we would set off the smoke alarm just by making eggs!

Awsome price. The location is easy access to everything. Staff made me feel at home. I'm sure others like the bed but because I have back issues wasn't right fit for me. Other than that excellent stay.

Again the bed wasn't too comfortable for me due to back problems.

My room was located where it was quite and the room was comfortable. My only small problem was the carpet was not as clean as I would expect but it was ok and not a disturbing issue. The breakfast coffee and snacks were very good. The room cleaning service employees were very friendly and professional. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. they wer professional and did whatever they could to take care of any issues I may have had.

Everything was as I expected it to be based on other hotels, I have stay in. I find the Extended Stay Americas one of the better hotels to stay in. Due to a move from Georgia to Monroeville, PA I am having to stay for a little longer than a few days, the staff has made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.
