This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and attended to our needs. One of the staff in particular was exceptional. I think her name was Tisha or Trisha. The beds were comfy, and most importantly the room and bathroom was super clean. We always sanitize just to make sure everything is clean but we didn't need to because after wiping down everything with disinfectant wipes they were still white, no dirt on them. Kudos to housekeeping! I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area.

Only thing I wish was better was the breakfast. There was mostly cereal, muffins, etc. The only hot food was the waffles made from the waffle maker. Breakfast sandwiches (frozen) and oatmeal could be heated up in the microwave. We enjoyed the waffles though.

The room was very clean, and very modern. Looks like it has been newly remodeled. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job and were very courteous. I paid a good rate for an excellent hotel.

It wasn't a big deal, but at the continental breakfast, it is a tight squeeze in between the side of the counter where the food is and the tables to eat. I saw some uncomfortable situations where a larger guest was trying to get food, but there was someone sitting at a chair at the table and they were not able to get through to the food they were trying to get.

The hotel room was roomy, updated and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Staff was very friendly.

The outside appearance was a little rough…some trash in the parking lot, bushes and the entrance was dirty. The building could use a good painting or facelift. It looked kind of shady from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Great lobby, room was nice, bed comfortable. Thankful for coffee and tea in room. Parking was great. Location for what we were doing was great.

cleanliness. There was dirt in corners everywhere. (Elevators most notable) Caulking around shower "control" loose. I understand trying to save money. I am very ADD so I notice more than most would. Small details count.

the location was convenient and easy to find. the weather washed some rocks into the parking spaces so those should be swept up but that was mother natures fault. it was great. we left with no thoughts of 'it would be better if...' it was clean and quiet. staff was great. Sanjay and Trishan displayed excellent customer service skills. friendly approachable helpful.

The staff was friendly. The remodeled room was wonderful. The room was huge and provided tons of space for me. It was very conveniently located as well.

One staff member was very short with me and wasn't nearly as kind as the other staff members. But still was a great stay.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as past stays. The juice in the juice machine was warm and when asked we were told they knew that it wasn’t working. The eggs were runny. We’ve stayed here many times and never had complaints.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. When i was leaving I grabbed a Jimmy Dean sausage with egg biscuit for the road.

The hotel is not at fault. The location is right next to a busy road. Lots of trucks day and night making noise. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. No complaints about the room or the staff.

I was upgraded into a room with a whirlpool tub and a fireplace. the room had a small fridge and a microwave. the shower had two heads, one regular and one from the ceiling. the cleaning staff cleaned my room after the first day while I was away, this hasen't happened anywhere I've stayed since covid.

fireplace was looks only, couldn't get it to heat.

The front desk staff, Sanjay, was wonderful and accommodating. He was very personable and answered all my questions. The room was a nice, comfortable size. Neat and Clean!. The bathroom was very roomy. Beds were amazingly comfortable and my mother and myself fell asleep easily. Close to all. Nice breakfast. Just enough variety.
