The rooms were clean and well lit. The beds were super comfortable.

The elevator was very slow.

The lady that check us in was super friendly and provided excellent service!

I left a few belongings in my room but accident. When I called to see about getting them returned I was told I didn’t leave anything behind!

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that you could actually turn off the a/c unit and not just auto fan like many hotels. The Dove brand soaps and shampoos were lovely.

The door was thin and hard to close, in order to lock the door when we left. The suite was right next to the stairs that led to the pool, so kids were running down the hall and slamming the stair door and room doors until 11pm. Also, the floor was really sticky from whatever cleaning solution they used. And the ice bucket was moldy, apparently it had not been wiped dry before placing the bag and lid on. The seating in the kitchen area was a bit cramped for my liking and always very busy.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. My husband had a foot operation and was in a wheelchair. We live on a boat and staying in the hotel for 2 days made it easier for us. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We will always remember the kindness. Breakfast was much better than I expected. Our stay helped us more than I can express with this helpful staff. It felt like family!

Facility was nice, breakfast was good, decor is modern, floors were nice in the rooms. They offered housekeeping daily, Keurig in the room, dove soaps and lotions, lots of outlets, and had fridge and microwave.

Bathroom was tiny, elevator is old and sketchy, a little pricey for the area, rooms felt a little tight, beds were not that comfortable but ok, and our corner lamp was broken.

The property was convenient to restaurants, Sheets and stores. I had no trouble finding it. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Also, this hotel actually used real Dove products for shower supplies. I’ve stayed at other HI-Ex and saw staff refilling the shower supplies with no-name refill products. Breakfast staff was very friendly!

The pool was cold, really cold and there was what looked to be only emergency lighting in the pool area. There is also no bathroom in the pool area. Definitely more towel bars/hooks are needed, especially with a hotel that has a pool. We were a family of four and, if we used our towels for swimming, and then towels after swimming, there would never have been enough room to hang them all up. More towel racks/hangers please!

Great location. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, great selection that was kept clean and stocked Room was small but nice

Beds were uncomfortable. Got woken up at 6am am by a cart rolling up and down the hallway Room was decently clean but one of our towels had some marks on it and some spots on the pillow but we just simply set them on the floor and didn't use them Price was a bit high for a small room

The staff was friendly. Nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and I loved that they had turkey sausage the one day as I don't eat pork.

It was hard to find the black out curtains when wanted to rest for the night but looked at the windows longer and finally found the rod for the curtains but other than that very expcitional
