Everything was wonderful. The front staff were amazing, and I think the girls name starts with an "X" Xiana? SHE'S AMAZING. So friendly, so personable. It was so busy trying to get everyone in their rooms and she was just there, talking making everyone feel welcome. What a saint. I do believe this was the first time we stayed at this hotel we frequent Pittsburgh a lot for concerts and it was one of the nicest ones we've ever been to.

I feel like there's not a whole lot I could complain about and even if there is I don't think it has much to do with the hotel itself or the staff.

Breakfast was exceptional

We were there for a Penguins game. Crowded but that's to be expected. The line for the elevator went all the way to the lobby. We asked where the stairs were. We were told we could only take the stairs to the 8th floor and then they were locked beyond that. We were on the 12th floor. What if there was an emergency? We all had a conversation waiting for the elevator that hopefully the fire department has keys!

the hospitality greeter named Des was amazing! she couldn't have been any more helpful, and treated us like royalty! Her personality and energy is contagious, and I found myself having a better day just because I met her!

the pillows in the bed were horrendous... absolutely flat, no support, even folded in half didn't help. Please Invest in new pillows!!!!!!

Location is excellent for PPG Paints Arena. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Always a favourite are the Marriott pillows. Staff at check in/out, valet were very friendly.

Some of the room fixtures are looking a little tired. Shower was unable to be adjusted from a power wash setting. Room coffee maker is excellent but coffee isn’t very nice. Hooray for the Starbucks

I was on he 18th floor, so the view was beautiful especially after dark.

I am not sure if the carpets had recently been cleaned, but after walking around for about an hour my slippers were wet. I used the dryer to dry them, but again after walking around they were wet again. I ended up wearing my shoes.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to ppg paints. The only issue we had was the restaurant was jam packed, no tables. I guess sit was seat yourself. No information otherwise and had to ask for a menu. Front desk staff was amazing and the valet parking guy needs a raise!! He was running around like nobody's business but getting the job done!

Really nice hotel in the heart of Pittsburgh. We walked to the football stadium for an event and it was a fairly easy walk. Highly recommend

The entrance to the hotel was confusing and hard to find from the street. It’s basically a U-Turn onto the road to get to the front desk, but it wasn’t very well marked from the street and I had to go around the block because I couldn’t tell if it was a one way street or not

This location was very close to the PPG arena which is where we heading for an event and it was also located within 10 minutes of the intermodal transportation center. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and there many dining options available (including a Starbucks in the lobby).

Parking and having to pay $40 to have Valet park my car outside above the parking garage, since my vehicle is over 6ft. I should be able to self park, and parking should be included with the room.

The hotel was nice

I didn't like the fact that having to pay $40 to park the car and then $21 a person for breakfast. Plus the waitress d was rather rude and needs to be trained we never got any refills for that price.
