Great location off the highway with a Taco Bell across the street and McDonald's nearby. I attended a convention at the Monroeville Convention Center which was a 20 minute drive away. The hotel had comfy beds, check in was easy, plenty of parking all around the hotel. Staff was very nice and the rooms had Direct TV, great bathrooms and overall just a great stay and sleep if you are in the area or just need a place to sleep for the night.

Nothing at all. I loved staying at this hotel and me and my dad was happy to get a good sleep after a nine hour drive from Boston to a Convention nearby. So I was happy with the hotel stay and staff.

Staff was very courteous and kind. The room was very nice and bedroom was able to be divided from living room and bathroom. The continental breakfast was very convenient, that is one of the things I look for during a stay because my families wake schedule is all different.

I thought the price was a little high for one night. I know it was the weekend, I wish it was a little more budget friendly. We stayed the night anyways.

Breakfast was good. There was nothing negative that I can say about the hotel. It was clean, everything worked and it was a relaxing stay.

The service to the room. I was there for three nights and I had to go to the front desk for more towels and more toilet paper. Other than that evertything was great.

This hotel provided everything that I expected for the nightly rate I paid, but I was especially surprised with the excellent breakfast that offered several options, was well-prepared, and provided a pleasant dining room. The staff was courteous and very friendly.

At breakfast Saturday morning felt very uncomfortable the way I was being watched stared over at the food breakfast bar that morning sure I had already came down for breakfast for myself but I had came down a second time to get coffee bacon for my father and I felt very unwelcomed. The lady cooking was very warming and made me feel welcome it was the person stocking and wiping tables

The breakfast is conveniently located on the main level adjacent to the hotel lobby. A nice variety of items are offered and it is very helpful in getting the day started.

Very good breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. Great location for us. Parking was ample and it was nice and quiet.

My only complaint is the beds were a little too firm.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and had lots of options.

The entrance was a little tricky to see, especially at night.

We loved the beds the pillows and the black out blinds. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the convenience. the breakfast was the best ever had at any hotel and we are frequent customers. Especially enjoyed the chocolate almond milk as we are vegan and vegetarian.

The only issue we had was with the slamming doors from other customers rooms. We were woke up a few times very early in the am. Perhaps making the doors close softer.

Breakfast was fine and nicely displayed. Staff was friendly and professional. Kept everything very clean.

Needed maybe more coffee cups in the room.
