Liked breakfast and the staff there. Staff at the desk were also very helpful and accommodating for our needs. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a room on the first floor, and were given one that was close to an exit, in case of emergency....that helped a lot.

We needed an accessible room. My husband has difficulty getting in and out of the bathtub, and we needed a bath mat or a rough bottom in the tub so that he wouldn't fall when showering. He had difficulty getting into the beds that were high for him. (Staff gave us a stepladder to use.) He doesn't use a wheelchair, but uses a walker. Felt like the facility needed updated....the bathroom, the furniture. It was clean, but needed a bit more love. A nightlight in the bathroom would have been wonderful. Not crazy about the way the soaps and shampoos are dispensed.

Holiday Inn Express - West Mifflin - The choice of available breakfast foods are amazing… something for everyone AND those cinnamon rolls are “the bomb”. Yummy!! The eating area is always clean & neat. Front desk staff were pleasant & accommodating. I booked my room through Booking.com and noted I needed a room close to the lobby. Apparently that info from the 3rd party booking sites doesn’t transfer into hotel’s reservation system. Therefore, next time after booking my room, I’ll contact the hotel directly to make sure that info is updated. This hotel is only 10 minutes from my son & daughter-in-law’s house in Dravosburg. I can visit my new grandbaby with only a 2 1/2 hour drive from my home. YAY!!! I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Everything at Holiday Inn Express-West Mifflin is an A+. I’ve never had any issues with anything at all while using this hotel.

King bed mattress was firm and white bed linens were super clean The suite room was excellent with the 2 separate spaces - separate tv’s Great breakfast Great front desk staff Housekeeping was very helpful when needing extra towels etc I typically stay here when in town

The pull out sofa bed mattress wasn’t too good - very thin and lumpy Not a great night’s rest reported on that mattress/bed- consider replacing

Nice and clean establishment and awesome front of the house staff ....but I also wanna say that the house cleaning staff on my visit was also very welcoming and eager to help us with anything we needed I even joked with the young lady ..I didn't catch her name .. but I told her I cleaned the whole room for her ...and we laugh 😃 we had an awesome stay .and will see you all next year... Our room was amazing my husband is an Ada and needs special showers as he can not lift his leg to get in tubs and they had walk in showers for Ada (Handicap) visitors.

Melea helped me when I was leaving and really went above and beyond. She got my wheelchair in my car, and just made check-out go smoothly. I cannot remember the lady who checked me in, but she was wonderful too. She even got me a room closer to the main entrance. Very professional. She got some extra blankets for me too.

The room didn't seem to warm up enough. I was pretty cold.

Corey (night shift desk) and Anita (breakfast hostess) were both very personable and interacted with guests very pleasantly. The gentleman mopping the floors assisted my 84yo mother across the freshly mopped floor, and later made sure we did not need anything as we were checking out.

No discounts unless you are a member of booking.com, and still the offered rates weren't much lower. We do not stay in hotels often unless a group trip, and this particular trip was a funeral. My father was also military, we have AAA, and my mother is a senior citizen. Booking.com offered NO discounts for any of these. Next time we will contact the hotel directly.

My best friend and I stayed here while in town to see Taylor Swift. We called on the way up (3.5 hr drive) to ask about an early check in and were told that a room would be ready as soon as we got there. The hotel was all decked out in Taylor Swift decorations to welcome everyone staying there for the show. The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and much larger than expected. 10/10 experience!

The staff was friendly. The location is great because there are restaurants and stores up the street. There was great parking and it was free.

I think they need additional benches to sit outside that are closer together so people can talk.

The price was reasonable

The tv wasn’t working very well upon check in, as if the cable was glitching? We didn’t alert anyone about as it was about 1 a.m. when we arrived. The location seems kinda out of the way. Lots of very windy roads.

Pretty good hotel for the price. Comfortable king size bed, hot shower, clean toilet, and hot breakfast. The TV had screen cast too which was amazing as we could cast our phone and watch our favorite streaming apps too.

No complaints.
