The chef made fresh omelet, with my choice of peppers, onions & cheese. Fresh fruit slices for breakfast. The dining hall was kept in clean condition. Always removed the plats and cutleries once we finish eating, so there is no dirty dishes left on the table, while we ate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For breakfast, would be nice to have fresh fruit juices. But the juices were all bottled artificial. Prefer to be able to open a window in the hotel room, get some fresh air. All the windows were sealed.

Location was nice Rooms & hotel was very clean

This was the first hotel I stayed in that you had to pay for breakfast which I thought was odd but I paid because my family was hungry The older lady kept bothering us about if we had breakfast tickets non stop after we already gave them to her... I get there is a decent bit of people in and out getting breakfast and she probably can't remember but if you are going to have someone ask for tickets non stop have a placard or something you can place on your table after giving your ticket so you don't keep getting asked over and over again while trying to enjoy breakfast

The breakfast was OK. It would be nice if they had omelets. The traffic was a nightmare. It's hard to drive into downtown Pittsburgh from anywhere nearby.

The pool could have been made available. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and there was even a picture of it. But it was closed for repairs.

Ummm the only problem that came up was- when the room above us had the shower on it produced a kind of backwash into our tub. It was cleaned up by a housekeeping person. Not sure if it was fixed. But it was fine for the remainder of our stay.

Clean and well kept. Large parking lot adjacent to hotel. Comfortable roomy king suite. Included breakfast was much nicer than what we were used to. Nice workout room. Spacious lobby with strong Wi-Fi signal was a great place to read, meet, or catch up on emails. Hotel staff were all friendly and provided prompt and friendly service. Mall with several nice stores and restaurants right across street.

Cold air from the outside blew from nonfunctioning fireplace directly onto the opened sofa bed.

Very clean rooms and lobby and restaurant.

The pool was dirty and a million flying bugs at the pool. Bert disappointed as we booked here because of the outdoor pool.

Everything was great EXCEPT. The tub was soooo slick. I did a split from falling in tub. Could have been much worse. Told front desk and they brought up rubber Matt. Coffee was Terrible. Room was clean and comfortable

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome as we traveled in for the Taylor swift concert. The Taylor cut out, water and drinks was a very nice touch. The staff was also very helpful with instructions for the metro (they even had info printed out at the front desk). I can’t stress enough how great the staff was despite probably being very busy with clients.

Breakfast was Ok.. Eggs were very dry & tasteless. Not really work 18.50 a person ..Fresh Fruit was best part of breakfast. Could have more yogurt choices & better bread choices ..Should have almond & skim milk available..

Would be nice to be able to have housekeeping more than on Tuesdays & Thursdays. No mouthwash available on the “Forgot it list.”

Rooms were great. Staff that we interacted with were great.

Our rate was to include breakfast. The restaurant was not open. We were told we would be reimbursed for the breafast by the manager who was not there.
