The staff were very friendly and made very polite conversation with us - this makes a difference in a world where customer service seems to be failing a lot. The rooms are older but clean and comfortable for the night. We also liked how the property has an enclosed parking area which makes it feel more private and safe. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed a peaceful night with no interruption. Will return of we need an option in the area.

Some of the decor and bedding is very dated. Also in 2025 it might be nice to have a slightly improved TV with a better picture.

This is an older hotel that is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is great with all kinds of restaurants on the same street. This is a basic hotel but if you just want a clean room to sleep in at a good price then this is it.

A small coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition. My husband wanted extra pillows but there were none available the first night, but he did get one the second night.

The location was great. Front Desk clerk was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean a good value. We arrived after a long drive and the desk clesrk allowed us to check two hours before out scheduled check in time which was grestly appreciated.🙏

Location and cleanliness.

We were not expecting a modern establishment, but this place fit the bill on so many levels. The room was quite clean and the desk staff was courteous. While this motel sits on a busy highway, the rooms are separated from the road by a front entrance, which makes this place quiet and sequestered. The price was the most reasonable around, in a part of the city where there are not many options (South Hills area). Would definitely recommend this place.

It was a nice, clean, simple room. No bells and whistles. But, none needed. It was a nice place to sleep.

Was expecting full-size beds. The beds in the room were singles. Posting for the room could have been a little clearer on that. But, otherwise, I have zero complaints 🙂

There are a lot of places to eat from McDonalds to Red Lobster all within walking distance. Also a lot of different stores to brose around at. We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, good stuff for us but there's meny place 's to choose from 👍

I would have Loved to of had a Hot Tub.😊

The room was very clean and had a lot of extra space, even with two beds. Appliances and TV worked well. Water pressure was good. Plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient. Staff were super pleasant and friendly. Overall, such a great experience for our first time visiting and staying in Pittsburgh.

Property managers were very helpful. When we did not understand how to turn on the entry light or how to change channels on the TV, they came and explained the light and fixed the TV.

The person working was friendly and always smiling. The room was perfect size and had a table for dining, refrigerator, and microwave. The area was fairly quiet with minimal noise from traffic. I like that it was located near convenience stores, retail stores, and restaurants.
