We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very clean. 24 hr coffee and tea were amazing. New machine brewed fresh every cup. Breakfast every morning was so good. Every day was something different. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Every day, they refreshed the room and replaced towels and anything we used. I would stay there again for sure.

Really nothing. Im just picky. The only thing that I didn't like were the headboards could have been wiped off. But other than that. A great experience.

Liked breakfast and the staff there. Staff at the desk were also very helpful and accommodating for our needs. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a room on the first floor, and were given one that was close to an exit, in case of emergency....that helped a lot.

We needed an accessible room. My husband has difficulty getting in and out of the bathtub, and we needed a bath mat or a rough bottom in the tub so that he wouldn't fall when showering. He had difficulty getting into the beds that were high for him. (Staff gave us a stepladder to use.) He doesn't use a wheelchair, but uses a walker. Felt like the facility needed updated....the bathroom, the furniture. It was clean, but needed a bit more love. A nightlight in the bathroom would have been wonderful. Not crazy about the way the soaps and shampoos are dispensed.

Holiday Inn Express - West Mifflin - The choice of available breakfast foods are amazing… something for everyone AND those cinnamon rolls are “the bomb”. Yummy!! The eating area is always clean & neat. Front desk staff were pleasant & accommodating. I booked my room through Booking.com and noted I needed a room close to the lobby. Apparently that info from the 3rd party booking sites doesn’t transfer into hotel’s reservation system. Therefore, next time after booking my room, I’ll contact the hotel directly to make sure that info is updated. This hotel is only 10 minutes from my son & daughter-in-law’s house in Dravosburg. I can visit my new grandbaby with only a 2 1/2 hour drive from my home. YAY!!! I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Everything at Holiday Inn Express-West Mifflin is an A+. I’ve never had any issues with anything at all while using this hotel.

Staff/housekeeping were friendly, professional, responsive to our needs. Breakfast buffet was very good; consider opening at 6:30 on weekends, please. Room was updated, clean, well equipped.

Fitness center was dirty, in disarray (equipment left out, trash on floor; same as with our previous stay, it was hot/couldn't find TV remote/lights kept goint out [bad motion sensor?]; needs more equipment.

The room was modern and very clean. The Internet was easy to access. The staff was friendly, professional and able to answer all my questions.

It would be nice if the TV had apps... YouTube or any others. In lieu of apps it would have been nice to have access to a TV guide. As it was we had to surf through all the channels to find something we were interested in.

King bed mattress was firm and white bed linens were super clean The suite room was excellent with the 2 separate spaces - separate tv’s Great breakfast Great front desk staff Housekeeping was very helpful when needing extra towels etc I typically stay here when in town

The pull out sofa bed mattress wasn’t too good - very thin and lumpy Not a great night’s rest reported on that mattress/bed- consider replacing

The staff lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!! She needs a raise! You could tell she really cared about her job and the people she welcomed in, I didn't get her name, I was just exhausted and literally was running away from home for a night of uninterrupted sleep....but she had amazing tattoos

The stay was too short! Lol

Melea helped me when I was leaving and really went above and beyond. She got my wheelchair in my car, and just made check-out go smoothly. I cannot remember the lady who checked me in, but she was wonderful too. She even got me a room closer to the main entrance. Very professional. She got some extra blankets for me too.

The room didn't seem to warm up enough. I was pretty cold.

Nice and clean establishment and awesome front of the house staff ....but I also wanna say that the house cleaning staff on my visit was also very welcoming and eager to help us with anything we needed I even joked with the young lady ..I didn't catch her name .. but I told her I cleaned the whole room for her ...and we laugh 😃 we had an awesome stay .and will see you all next year... Our room was amazing my husband is an Ada and needs special showers as he can not lift his leg to get in tubs and they had walk in showers for Ada (Handicap) visitors.

The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the coffee and breakfast were great. Staff was very friendly. It's an older building, but the rooms felt updated and everything was clean.

I wish all hotels would offer free bottled water at the desk for guests, but otherwise we had everything we needed during our stay!
