We loved the room, we were surprised by the kitchenette. I was surprised to see that there were dishes too and a dishwasher wow!!! Loved that it had a couch to sit on instead of a single chair. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were standard size for king bed. They're remodeling and it was really nice. It had free breakfast which we always look forward to and free parking, don't understand why hotels charge for that. There were two very helpful front desk associates, and overnight gentleman and a long dark hair lady with a nice tan, these two are keepers for they know how to work with the public.

Whomever cleaned must've been in a hurry, the microwave, stove top was not cleaned and the vanity had something in a drawer when I went to use the hair dryer. There was jumbled up towels under vanity. Parking was cramped because of construction but the gentleman at the desk helped us out when we got in from our event. Very sweet young man. There was a fuller figure lady that has no people skills whatsoever, front desk makes the first impression and i was not impressed by her although the other young lady made up for her lack of skills. Thank you to her.

The suite I got was palatial, great full sized fridge and kitchen, large vanity area for getting ready, good ironing board and iron. Mattress and sheets were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was decent. Staff was top notch. Great toiletries in the bathroom.

I sure miss robes in hotels but you just have to remember to bring your own. My pillows were completely shredded, like that had been through a war. The receptionist said they were about to renovate the hotel so hopefully they'll do something about the pillows. The tub was dingy and you could tell it needed a deep cleaning or replacement which is probably in the plans.

I had a great experience as a solo traveler after a LONG drive and before another LONG drive. I could have easily spent several nights here. There was a kitchenette fully-stocked with pots and pans, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, etc. It was just so nice. The staff was very friendly... Even when some customers were less than pleasant. (I watched one employee in a tough situation react very graciously and kindly when cussed out by a unsatisfied customer.) 10/10 would recommend.

Location-wise, it was nice and quiet, a safe business neighborhood, but it was definitely a bit off of the main highways.. But in my opinion it was worth it. :)

The hotel location is around corporate office and golf course. It's quiet and excellent for dog walking. (They even have doggie bin and bag around for dog owner++) There is a bar and restaurant right across the street. Amenities and outside area are well kept and welcoming. Room is spacious and also well equipped for those that like to cook themselves with a proper stove top and equipment. Overall building is well kept and updated with design. Accessible by highway and also close enough to some shopping mall or 25 minutes to downtown

We have found spots in some carpet, some stains at nooks and cranny of shower corner or ceiling. Some part of the room have dust like on top of the fridge. For some reason our room sofa was quite stained... Hotel need to do a little tour of the rooms to ensure things are up to standard. Despite all that, still highly recommending the location

Breakfast is over very good. The facilities were clean. We took our grandkids to the pool and it was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the sliders and beverages on Wednesday night. We’ve stayed here before and we like it. The only suggestion I would have is making housekeeping available once every two or three days. Other than that it was a great trip.

The trash cans got filled up and it was hard to get rid of the trash. Otherwise no other problems. Also, I am a member, but I didn’t seem to get credit for my stays. I think the people had me fill out a new membership so I didn’t get any credit.

Check in was easy & the free waters were nice. I don’t think I’ve seen that before. The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was amazing for being complimentary.

The room itself was clean. The items in the room, however, could have been taken better care off and if it’s damaged, should be removed upon cleaning. They were minor tears in multiple places and more dust than I thought there should be in the kitchen and on appliances. I didn’t use anything because I would have had to clean it first. Also, the hotel layout was a tad confusing. I had to walk a ways to my room and then quite a long way to the lobby. It’s a lot with luggage to walk from one side of the hotel to the other just to get to your room/lobby

Upto date hotel. With nice clean amenities. A pool. Patio with fire pit. Didn't get to use since it was cold. Pool is not heated though. But hottub was nice to warm up in. The rooms are adequate and enough space for a family. A kitchenette to cool, warm up meals. Dishwasher and stove. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Franchise fast foods nearby as well. Overall convenient and not too far from downtown Pittsburgh and university of Pittsburgh.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is upper scale, clean, big rooms. Bed were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit and grills available for use.

Could use more seating in pool area and the chairs that are there need to be replaced they are all ripped. Outdoor courtyard was pretty dirty with garbage and seating needs to be washed. Need laundry bags in rooms for guests to take wet suits home or dirty clothes. Bedding needs to be upgraded.

The breakfast was excellent. Had a lot of variety and choices to choose from. I really liked the muffins they offered. The coffee was good as well. The beds were comfortable. The room was very nice and roomy. I wish all hotel rooms were like that. They had a well stocked kitchen with kitchen tools and all if you were staying for a long weekend or week.

The hashbrown rounds could of been crispier. They were a little too soft for me.

Check in was amazin I swear I wish I could remember the name of that beautiful lady who checked me in but she made it amazing she made it as easy as possible smile great communication and customer service. If I carried cash I would’ve definitely tipped her a nice one. I can’t believe I can’t remember three letters of a name but shout out to her and her well maintained appearance and great service.

Everything was amazing I have zero complaints. I would be using them again.
