We really enjoyed the quick and friendly check in, cleanliness of the hotel and the location which was close to restaurants and the highway.

There was not much we did not like about the hotel. My only criticism would be the kitchen staff who was tending to breakfast that morning. There were many kids present and I heard the "f word" clearly from the kitchen once or twice. Breakfast was very good and when someone did come out of the kitchen they were extremely attentive to the area.

Our room was quite far from the lobby where the breakfast served. We hadn't asked for any special accommodations so made no complaint. Next time we will know to speak up when booking. The breakfast was very good and consisted of good variety. Had no trouble eating it everyday during our 2 week stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate every request even adjusting a mobility aid for me and then checked with me several times to make sure it didn't need further adjusting.

Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. Very clean, nicely decorated, welcoming. Pool looks nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Stayed in 2 queen suite, room had plenty of room and we didn't feel cramped at all.

The hotel was in a business park along with a few restuarants all within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The eggs, pancakes, sausage and potatoes were fresh and delicious. What was especially delicious were the hot cinnamon rolls. The room was clean. The carpet didn't feel nasty and the room did not have any odors at all. The refrigerator in the room kept the food cold. Even our yummy chocolates from the Sarris candy company. That is a must see as well in downtown Cannonsburg!

The channel changer did not work and we had to call the front desk to have someone help us. The air was difficult to adjust and seemed like it did not stay on for long. Although, the air did keep the room extra comfortable.

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful as we were staying for close location to the Bella Sera for our son’s wedding. She was able to get us into our room early on Friday. We were able to relax before heading to the rehearsal dinner. Breakfast both mornings, Saturday and Sunday, were delicious and perfect for the start of our busy days.

I had some complications with my reservations, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything for me. Staff was very friendly and gave us information on local restaurants and shopping.

Toilet kept running and Air conditioner would not turn down, had to unplug it.front desk said maintenance will check these things out in morning.Beside these things out of the hotels control,Very good hotel and I will stay again.

The location was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a family Bridal shower and stayed in 2 Queen Suites. Our rooms were spacious, the beds and bedding so cozy. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable during our stay. They even arranged (without us asking) that our suites be next to each other. This hotel is TOP NOTCH!- modern, SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated. I just cannot say enough of how nice our stay was. I would recommend this hotel 1000%!!

Breakfast was good. The little omelettes were great. I enjoyed the coffee and creamer in the lobby as well. I liked the walk-in shower too.

When I first arrived, I was sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. I went down to the lobby, and they reassigned me to another room.

This is in a good location, it's kept clean, and the front desk guy who checked us in was nice. Good breakfast too!

The indoor pool was our main reason for booking this specific hotel and it was closed one night into the next morning. I also didn't like that I ended up paying about the same as if I went directly through the hotel. We wanted a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa and it wasn't possible because we used booking.com. After speaking with the manager, we realized we spent nearly as much as we would have and we could have then made changes to our room (the difference was less than $1).
