Nice but staff has too many jobs so you need to wait awhile. I also went through booking .com who were fine but the hotel itself somehow transcribed my name as my middle and last together as 1 name and insisted that I had no reservation the day before. THE BOOKING .COM people called and had them keep looking to figure it out as it was ny eve and the prices had gone up sky high if I would need to rebook.

Location, spacious, close parking, had shuttle to casino, but wish it ran to 1 or 2

No fan in bathroom, only mirrors were in the bathroom, had to get toilet paper since the roll only had a few sheets on it. Air conditioner wouldn’t keep the temperature consistance, got warm while sleeping and had set on 68, should have actually been pretty cool but wasn’t , shuttle didn’t run very late, had to leave casino by midnight

We liked: the proximity to the casino and the Hot Tub. The cleaning lady on our floor was the friendliest we've ever come across in a hotel. She was very helpful and we saw her several times in our short stay. We were told there was a breakfast upon arrival, but turns out there wasn't.

Great price and very clean. Comfy beds. Staff was very nice. Easy check in/out. Lots of parking. Cute little breakfast bistro in the lobby. Pool looked nice but I didn't get to try it out. Elevators were clean and fast. A TV for each bed.

The two beds faced each other without any divider. It was a tad awkward. Shower was large but water spilled out over the ledge a bit, no hair dryer or exhaust fan in the bathroom.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Tim, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He remembered my name whenever I saw him and offered useful information with each encounter. Same is true of the Cafe Bistro barista. She seemed very experienced and was delightful in every way. The hotel staff, in general, was friendly and helpful, which greatly influenced our perception of the property overall.

The things I didn’t like were relatively few. I was surprised that cleaning staff did not make up beds during our three-day stay, even though we left a tip each day, but I assume COVID is a factor in that regard still. The porcelain sink in our bathroom was cracked and, therefore, was an unpleasant visual distraction, which made the space seem older and in need of repair. Also, the mini fridge was not mounted securely so it moved around wildly when we opened the refrigerator door. Again, these were relatively minor concerns considering our positive experience otherwise.

Loved the location, beds were comfortable and hotel was very clean.

One of the reasons we booked this property was for the hot tub and unfortunately it was not working correctly. It was very cold.

Close to the highway, not far from the city, and kind of secluded up on a little hill. Very friendly staff and clean grounds and hotel!

The heater was very loud and pulsed with the noise. We only stayed one night so just turned it off and pulled the covers from the other bed. We told them about it at check out and they gave us some money back and large coffees. I was very impressed. Great customer service. We always like a nice breakfast and you were required to purchase there.
