The location was a perfect drive to Pavilion at Star Lake, about 26 miles, to beat the overpriced hotels near the venue. It was very clean considering an older building. Towels, sheets, and shower were very clean.

Take pillows.! Only 3 very, very small pillows in room. When asked for extra, they do not have any. 2 pillows per person would be the ideal. Be aware when it says free breakfast...coffee and honey buns are all get.

Nice and quiet location.

The shower did NOT even barely get warm. It wasn’t enjoyable after a long day of work. If I hadn’t already gotten settled in to the room I would have checked out and got another hotel. A hot shower really makes the difference. That made the entire stay in enjoyable. But I’m not the type of person to say it was all bad due to one thing. That one thing should be looked into.

I love the location. It is so close to all the things I love about visiting the Pittsburgh area. Very close to convenience stores, restaurants and gas, as well.

I would have preferred a firmer pillow. Other than that, it was a very pleasant time. It is a shame, however, that there is no swimming pool or walking paths. I do understand that the size of this property is prohibitive.

Proximity to Canonsburg and my family

Our first room had issues, but I asked to be moved to another room and was very satisfied. Amy at the front desk was very nice, friendly and accommodating.

Staff was great. Cheap cost for the area

Pool was down and that was not indicated on the site prior to booking. Since it was construction, this was foreseeable and should have been indicated.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to the highway

Breakfast if you can call it that. Horrible super sweet greasy packaged honey bun, apple juice and yogurt. Horrible

I was impressed how comfortable the bed was. The room was very clean, and the air conditioner had obviously been turned on anticipating my arrival. There was a fridge,microwave, and coffee maker making things easier for me to relax. So nice after a long day coming to a comfortable room.

I had to really think to find something I didn't like. This is weak as the pillows were ok, but I needed to "fluff" them to get them to be perfect for me. I will be coming back

Lady at front desk didn't accept my debit card so I had to cancel and rebook and pay online(using the same card I was trying to use) and pay deposit with another card

The beds and pillows were literally the best things! AND the whirl pool tub in the king suit was perfect!

Surprisingly, had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Wasn't mentioned on Website.

Better get up early to get "breaskfast." They seem to run out of the honey buns quickly and that's what they consider breakfast. That and a couple juices with fridge that has yogurt.
