The hotel was lovely. It met my expectations. I loved the access to the casino and having a restaurant in house. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the bathroom and having a sofa!

Sometimes the parking was hard to find a spot. Other than that I have no complaints. The stay was the best I had in the area.

I loved the newly renovated room and bathroom. Furnishings, microwave and refrigerator were very welcomed. Breakfast was average. Some fresh fruit in the breakfast would be appreciated. Property was very clean. Staff were helpful. Hated that the property has no walkability to nearby restaurants or other activities. No sidewalks at all. Connection to the casino was nice, but long. There is a linger of smoke in the air from casino visitors. Didn't bother me much.

As noted earlier, no sidewalks to be found anywhere. No connectivity to walk to nearby restaurants or shops. Parking was inconvenient. Surface lot near the building was full every night. Not sure if those in the lot are hotel guests or just persons going to the casino who don't want to park in the casino garage. Had to park in the casino garage a few nights which is a bit of a walk.

The location is great. We took advantage of the shuttle service and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. There were many activities at the casino since it was Memorial Day weekend - Food Trucks, vendors, Weiner dog races and more. We enjoyed our stay and send thanks to Sarah for being especially accommodating and friendly.

Some of the hot items at the breakfast buffet were cold. The Parlay Lounge was not what I expected. It was much smaller than we thought it was going to be, but the service was good and our server was exceptionally thoughtful in satisfying our requests.

Big room, comfortable bed, close to casino. If you don't want breakfast, very good hotel.

Breakfast. I mean come on guys? That's what you call breakfast? Served on paper plates, paper cups, with plastic forks and knives? In a Hyatt? Selection for breakfast is non existent, you have really bad scrambled eggs and sausages. If the hotel is renovated, why you didn't bother to give a normal breakfast? Why is so much waste every morning, no selective garbage, nothing. Only to save a cent, and you don't care about the nature. Of the guests I don't even mention it . By the way you are writing that you blocking 50 dollars a day only for debit cards. Why you are doing it for credit cards too?

The rooms were very clan and spacious. The hotel connected directly to the casino. The breakfast menu was more than enough to satisfy with options available for a varied breakfast. A shuttle was available for transportation for the casino and shopping.

The cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Friendliness of the staff. The Parlay is a hidden gem! The food is always excellent! We’ve stay at this hotel quite a few times and we always eat at Parlay.

Casino disappointing. Distance from hotel. No payouts. No free play. Remember that from sister company in Columbus when a new member. Free play was not awarded when you sign up. What good is that if you are traveling?

Staff very friendly. Rooms very very very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows. Good TV's etc ... Parlay restaurant is located in the lobby. Very good, fresh food. Great drinks, friendly staff. I love that you can walk from the hotel to the casino, via the walkway. Love it!

The pillows were not great in our room. Its difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

I've stayed here several times for work. Staff is more than helpful! I especially like the front desk staff. I often interview there, and they are so nice to my candidates even though I am sure it is more work for them. The proximity to the casino is super convenient. The sushi at the restaurant is excellent. And it is within walking distance to a winery, restaurants, and bar. There is even a gas station right by the building.

Parking is an issue later in the day, but I suppose once checked in you could park in the casino parking building. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced, but they are working on that, so I imagine it will be great.
