It was a nice breakfast buffet, but when we got there the first morning it was slim pickens. After that it was fine - eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereals, fruit, along with many other things.

I am somewhat handicapped and our room was on the third floor and almost to the end of the hall. Now i am not blaming the staff because they didn't know and i didn't know that i could have said something when we arrived. Plus there were undisciplined kids in the room next to us, running and screaming up and down the halls......that is a parent problem, not a hotel problem.

The breakfast was good and offered many choices. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The room and public areas were very clean. There was plenty of parking. Less than a mile from The Hollywood Casino and Racetrack. Less than a mile from the freeway. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and gas stations nearby.

The room smelled of mildew which I am allergic to.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good and a lot of different options on food and drinks. My room was very clean and comfortable, had plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body. Hot tub and the indoor pool were both open and working. Location was great! Close to the Steelers stadium, gas stations, restaurants, and stores.

The hot tub was warm but the jets were not working at full force and it could have been warmer.

Every staff member we talked to was friendly and helpful. The room we were moved to when our toilet broke on a weekend was fabulous — king executive suite. Lots of room and well laid out.

Breakfast was just okay but did the job. Carpeting could be replaced or cleaned in places. Our first room was two queens and it needed refurbished and a new toilet!

The front desk woman (short black hair, cannot remember her name to save my life) was SO incredibly kind and helpful! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average though the man taking care of everything was prompt and maintained the areas cleanliness.

Like the location,the beds are very comfortable, cleanliness of the room, friendly staff and the breakfast is good with a lot of choices. I also requested a ground floor room and was happy they were able to arrange it for me.

Keep the breakfast available longer, atleast until 10 AM instead of 9 AM

I liked the setup of the room regarding amenities. The coffee maker refrigerator and microwave all together was convenient and the paper towel holder was very handy, The room was clean and comfortable.

The overall lighting was too dark, even with all lights on. The bathroom lighting was too dark as well.

rooms need updated our room had an odd smell to it like maybe an old nicotine smell the bathrooms, although clean were clearly in need of update

Great location, very clean, nice staff, pool and hot tub were great. Whole main part of building and bathrooms were immaculate

I loved the hotub and the staff for always being helpful and always doing a wonderful job

Breakfast ended seemingly at random, woke up at 9 and everything was put away but then the next day when we woke up at 940 we barely just made it in time for breakfast, I was told it's 11 on weekends and 10 on weekdays
