Stephanie at the front desk was the most welcoming and pleasant. She was very helpful and we looked forward to seeing her when coming and going. Her smile was always nice to see. The breakfast was good and filling, my one complaint was no bread for toast was available. Only english muffins, and 2 kinds of bagels. I meant to ask why, but never did!!! Other than that it was fine, we ate breakfast at the hotel every day of our stay except 2!!

The stay went well, and we will likely stay here again. I will say some of the other front desk personnel, could learn from Stephanie, they need to at least look up when guests enter or leave the hotel and acknowledge folks, rather than looking at their cellphones!!! Just an observation, not a complaint.

Excellent, spacious rooms and most comfortable beds - we had the best night ever!!! And we travel a lot and stay in 4 stars and 5 stars properties on a regular basis. So I am comparing these beds with them all. Excellent shower!!! Made us all so happy as it was sorely needed after a whole day's drive.

Breakfast - decent fare but no fruits except one apple in fruit basket. Usually there are bananas and apples.

Room was roomy and very clean. Staff was awesome and breakfast selection was very good. The hotel is very close to the Tanger Outlets and just down the road from the Hollywood Casino. Fitness room was clean and well equipped, however, bring your own water.

Cups for water in the fitness area would have been helpful.

We loved the breakfast and location. We enjoyed a spacious room!

The handicap shower did not have a shower head on the wall, so when we showered we had to hold the shower head and shower ourselves. It wasn’t what we were expecting. If we knew this we most likely wouldn’t have chosen this room.

Brand spanking new. lovely lobby. roomy suite. But above all, Stephanie arranged to ship the laptop I left behind. Graciously and efficiently.

Like all hotels in this class, the heat/AC is an under-the-window unit with a noisy fan that cannot be turned down, only off. Hard to avoid this unless you pony up for a ***** hotel, which for a suite this big and nice would be $$$$$$$.

Clean! Cozy! Loved the coffee bar with hot chocolate. Sounds weird, but it didn't have that hotel smell. One of my favorites on that strip!

No towels at the pool. Not a big deal. Just had to go get some.

i liked the staff especially the bartender she was super friendly and made good conversation. the location was perfect for what my husband and i were looking for, for our honeymoon weekend. the showers were very spacious and had amazing water pressure

the pool was not outdoors like the online said. the bed was super firm not a comfortable sleep for myself or my husband. would have loved to have longer restaurant hours as we eat later in the evening

Toilet had trouble Flushing (Even when NOTHING was in it!) Sometimes took 3-4 Flushes to empty the bowl!

The breakfast was great, refilled immediately, plenty of options, check in and out was extremely easy, it was a great location next to the malls and casino, and 20 minutes to the concert we attended
