The property was clean, and somewhat well kept. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The jacuzzi room was super nice, loved the rainfall shower head! The room in general was very nice and modern.

The lobby and breakfast area were quite small but nice. Wasn’t crazy about the slot machines in that area either, although I’ve noticed a lot of hotels are doin this now, kills the whole vibe! Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was horrible…I couldn’t drink it…had to go out every morning to buy some which was an inconvenience.

The room was updated and very modern. There was a second sink outside of the bathroom which helped when getting ready in the morning. The facility doesn’t look real impressive from the outside but so nice inside. There were good options for breakfast and a restaurant attached to the hotel. We had a delicious meal there. There are two big pools - one inside and one outside. Games outside, a game room,racquet ball court, hot tub and sauna. The location was great for so many of the activities around the White Mountain Forest. I highly recommend staying here. It was a great value for the money.

I haven't traveled like this in years so it was especially nice to have something to eat before continuing our road trip. Other locations have the waffle maker like you had and that is exceptional. The egg presentation wasn't very appealing, but there were nice muffins, juice and good coffee.

Space for eating could be less cramped - don't need the machines with games right in the mix. Maybe move them to the lobby.

When we first checked in and couldn't get the TV and wifi to work, Michelle from the front desk came to our room to help us get everything working. She was great. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and having a hot breakfast every morning was wonderful.

We stayed 4 nights and didn't have anyone from housekeeping come during that time. I mentioned this at check out and they said that someone should have come in every other day. So I guess that I should have said something sooner.

I checked in at 3:00 in the morning and checked out a little after 8:00 in the morning breakfast was there. Night time staff excellent for me checking in.

Went to check out the lady was on the phone I turned in my key card for check out went and grab my food turn around and there's nobody the desk.

Room was nice, front desk was polite.

Room was so far from the elevator. And rooms around like across from hall smelt of weed. Smoking rooms should not be around non. Towels were limited, for 4 people we had 2 towels. Also the room could have cleaned frequently used things ( remotes, light switches, faucets ect) a little better.

Location and staff. Beds are very comfortable

Stayed in a room with kitchenette and it is located in a separate area of hotel for probably long term travelers and that part seems a little more used or run down then the main hotel

The design of the room was stellar it was the first time I’ve been in a Jacuzzi room, where the Jacuzzi didn’t just look completely out of place or, ridiculous!

Not enough towels by far not enough towels and while I absolutely loved the shower, you should definitely have a handheld attachment and somebody needs to actually scrub those things!

The beds were very comfortable, and the size of the room was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

Not all supplies were there upon arrival; I had to go to the front desk for some towels and tissues. Not a big deal, but I expected better. I also assumed based on reviews and pictures that the room would be a bit nicer. Again, it was fine and comfortable, but not what was expected.

How clean the room was, and the size.

Wish there was a pool available, and I did not like that another guest assumed I was a maid even though I was wearing flip flops, a graphic t-shirt and workout pants.
