Room 308. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Heated pool was refreshing (we had it to ourselves - nice). Constantly good coffee in the dining area. Breakfast was good. Hot tub in room wonderful with good instructions on wall. Tub/shower clean, good water pressure. Liked the lock on the door (not chain, forget the name). Decent view from the window, actually saw a robin. Reasonably quiet. No problem getting extra towels from the desk. Plenty of good pillows on the bed. Heating/AC worked very well, easy to adjust, not noisy.

Room 308. Prefer sink in the bathroom. TV had complicated operation and very limited as to channels. In room coffee packet too strong for me.

loved the king room with hot tub! exactly what i was looking for.. big, comfy bed, personal adjustable thermostat and the hot tub is soo nice and in the room! i chilled in there while watching tv. just had to move it a little more towards the tub to see perfectly. was very quiet and relaxing

breakfast could have better, was decent besides the fact that there no fruit fresh or packaged. other than that everything was great, i’d stay again.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I traveled all the way from Florida for a week's vacation in Canonsburg. It was such a charming winter experience, and the night I spent here was a welcome rest after so much driving. Thanks for accommodating me on my trip! ❤️

The breakfast was very good and the location is great with easy access to the hi ways some shopping available and a couple of good restaurants nearby

The access to the room was tight and not having a vanity in the bathroom was strange but for the price it is a comfortable room

Didn’t use the pool cause there were too many young kids there. The pillows on the bed were super small , they were more like throw pillows then bed pillows. But overall the place was comfortable

The front desk employees were very respectful very helpful there was one in particular who was very rude and very upsetting didn't seem like she was concerned about their people who were staying at this location but over all 4.5

Had hot tub room, it was very enjoyable, the water was good and hot and the Jets pressure was great

The room was great! The man that checked us in was polite. My husband really enjoyed the breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised that it even had options for me in the morning as I am very picky and have to watch what I eat due to stomach issues.

The ONLY thing I can even say that I did not like, was this site said there was smoking rooms available (which I know is RARE anymore and understand that) but it is a smoke free facility. The guy that checked us in informed us, and my reservation immediately changed right after I booked it and I was confused. But that had absolutely nothing to do with the quality of our stay, just mildly less convenient
